At the back of Sanibel North is Balls Beach, which is a small, public stone beach. Great for a dip in the water or to launch a kayak or paddle board. This beautiful home is just steps from the many offerings that Canada's most picturesque town has to offer. Take a short stroll to the many world-class restaurants, Shaw Festival Theatres, and quaint boutiques that line downtown Queen Street. Prices are subject to change daily.

Sanibel North has a large open concept living area with flat screen television, cable TV, gas fireplace, and a piano. Ample space for the whole group to cozy up around the fireplace and watch a movie with your favourite glass of local wine.

The beautiful kitchen with stone counter tops is supplied with:

-Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started
-Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher
-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)
-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths
-Salt and pepper

Next to the kitchen is the Dining Room with a large table with seating for 6 and a door out to the patio.

There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main floor.

The upstairs laundry is supplied with:

-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets

Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided.

Upstairs, there is a king bedroom with a shower ensuite, and a seating area. Perfect for your relaxed mornings with a coffee and a good book. Large window provides a view of the Niagara River.

Also upstairs, a queen bedroom with an additional twin bed, and a third bedroom with queen bed. All bedrooms have a TV.

The upstairs family bathroom has a separate tub and shower.

Outside, relax on the large patio and enjoy the waterfront views. Sit in the shade while dinner cooks on the gas BBQ/grill or have a drink around the dining table.

Beautiful home on the water.

It was excellent, beautiful and quiet. The house has a few areas that need "finishing", but didn't take away from the beauty! Would stay again.

Perfect Stay

We loved our stay at Elsa's place in Niagara-On-The-Lake. It felt like the perfect place to spend New Years and create beautiful family memories. It was clean, had everything we needed and was so spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would absolute stay again.

A great property on the mouth of the Niagara River

Fabulous Fall Stay

The house was even nicer than we expected! Plenty of room for all! We loved being right on the water and enjoyed sitting out on the back patio and catching up with each other. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful

I stayed here with my parents who are 76 years old, my toddler son and my husband and what a beautiful stay it was. The house itself was very clean, the views from the home were breathtaking and the access to the lake from the house was so lovely. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next trip and hope to stay at this home.

Fun Stay in Canadian Wine Country!

Beautiful, clean home in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. The house is within walkable distance to the cute downtown area. My kids loved playing on the beach and the large backyard. I loved running along the river trail. We had a great time visiting local vineyards and grilling

Great house, great location

The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and is in a great location. We loved sitting in the lovely garden watching the world go by and birds flitting about. The property manager responded promptly when we called with a minor issue and fixed it right away. An overall great experience for our family.

Fantastic location, beautiful home!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property! The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing after hitting the shops. We loved being able to hop right on the trail and walk down the waterline. The house was clean, well kept and very spacious! Our only complaint is the beds were fairly hard, and we had to contact host for entry at checkin time because we never received the welcome email. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Roomy, quality home with great views

Location on Lake Eerie has great views. Walk to downtown Niagra on the Lake. About 24 minute drive to the falls. Super clean and quiet. Very nice outdoor space. Minor complaints - hard pillows, skillets need replacing, master bath needs towel racks.

Home away from home, with a view!

We had a magical Christmas family gathering. The house has the best-equipped kitchen of any Vrbo we have stayed in! We really appreciated the different seating areas on the main floor - we could be together in different combinations. (and we loved the master bedroom with walk-in closet and found the bed very comfortable). We walked to the Festival Theatre, and had a front-row view of the annual Penguin Dip. This will be our first choice for future stays!

The house was perfect. It’s location near the water was spectacular. It was described just as the listing stated. Our only wish was that the screen doors were fixed. We could not open the doors to let in the fresh air. It was cool at night and we would have liked to have had the doors open. Other than that. It was perfect

Peaceful relaxing stay

The property is perfectly located close to all amenities and though right on the riverfront walkway, it was super quiet and private. There are multiple spaces in the house to have conversations or independent quiet time which was great. The beds were not the most comfortable and the bed frames were wonky - would suggest they be looked at. Moisture also created some issues for 2 allergy sufferers which I think could be easily fixed by adding a dehumidifier or reviewing bathroom ventilation Overall the experience was all that we hoped for and I would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Girls weekend

The house was clean and in a perfect location. A few issues were that the TVs were very hard to get working. Too many remotes without any direction on how to operate. The beds were very very hard and pillows were cheap. One room had a stain on the bed sheet.

Family Vacation

Location was absolutely perfect! It was a nice getaway for our family. We walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to go, and couldn't beat the views. Our kids loved it, house was spacious. Back patio and yard were PERFECT! Kids loved playing out there, and the adults enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs. There were some minor things in the house that I think could be improved - screen sliding door off the dining room is broken, could not be used, many of the windows in the house would not stay open on their own, and the towels had a bit of a musty smell to them. Once we washed with our own detergent a few times, it seemed to fade a little bit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would likely come back again!
