2BED GUESTHOUSE WITH PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS

Private and cozy, newly renovated 1900's home with two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and 1.5 baths. Step out your front door to swim, sunbathe or kayak on a beautiful stretch of the Niantic river with private dock and mooring. After a full day, enjoy a quiet dinner at the patio table or glass of wine on the front porch while watching the stars come out over the water. Fully renovated kitchen, large screen TV, Board games, puzzles + Adult/Kids books. There is a desk set up in one of the bedrooms if you need to work remotely while away. A Queen size pull out couch with mattress topper is in the living room. A pack n play and highchair are available if you are traveling with small children.

The house is located in a quiet family community, where a quick walk through the neighborhood takes you to a community swimming beach, tennis courts, a playground, and a 6 hole pitch and putt golf course. We also have 4 kayaks available for use on our beach. Three Belles Marina is a short walk away, where you can rent all kinds of watercraft if you have something else in mind. This is a year-round home, so warm and cozy when the weather turns cool and cool on those hot, summer days with newly installed air conditioning. Explore beautiful, coastal Connecticut using this as your home base! It is the perfect location for couples, a family, or solo business traveler.
(This rental home is located behind our families home, so we may wave to you as you head to the water, but will respect your privacy)

A 5min drive to the quaint downtown area of Niantic filled with shopping, restaurants and a boardwalk. Niantic Cinema and Children's museum are also located here.
Great location with easy access to many local attractions such as Long Island Sound Beaches, Mystic Seaport + Aquarium (20min), Foxwoods Casino (25min) and Mohegan Sun Casino (20min) , Waterford Shopping attractions (5min), Clinton Crossings, Tanger Outlets (30 min). 5min to grocery store, gas

The kitchen is convenient and had everything we needed for a “girls’” weekend. Rooms were spotlessly clean and we had abundant towels, bath soaps and sundries. Beautiful view from the front porch.

My wife and I are just finishing up our stay at Lynn & Daves home. They are excellent hosts. Lynn helped us with anything we needed immediately.This is a top spot for enjoying the water and there are numerous eateries with great food(5 to 10 minutes away).We reccomend La Llorona where we were served awesome, authentic Mexican food! The house is immaculate and filled with everything you need from clean, fresh linens, to all the kitchenware required for cooking. All the appliances are newer and in great working order.Our grandson and daughter stayed for a day with us and he never left the water area! There is a park nearby for children and a beach, however we were fine right on the property! Direct waterfront with amazing sunrises!In closing this is a rental not to miss! The home offers everything for a most excellent stay! Thank you Lynn & Dave

Best little getaway

My family stayed here for a few days in June 2024 and had the perfect mini vacation. The house is very clean, had all the amenities and in the perfect location. My children loved all the nearby beaches. The local restaurants were great. Lynne and Dave can be easily reached if you need anything. Everyone in the neighborhood is so friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer. I hope to go back next summer. Thank you Lynne and Dave!

Niantic Paradise

We were in the area to visit our son who is in the Coast Guard, stationed at New London. Lynn's property was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for our visit. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other's company. The house was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed learning about the history of the house. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and had every pot, dish, utensil we could possibly need for our meals. The house had a very nice washer and dryer if needed. The beds were very comfortable. The "office" had jigsaw puzzles, games and books for all ages to enjoy if so desired. The best part was the view of the Niantic River....BEAUTIFUL. The weather this weekend was not ideal for outside activity but you can sit on the front porch or walk over to the shoreline and be mesmerized by the beauty of the river. We did enjoy a beautiful sunrise on our last morning. Words cannot describe how perfect this property was for our family visit. With Lynn's friendliness and the many wonderful aspects of this house, we will DEFINITELY return.

Perfect Stay

The host, location, and house were great! It's actually located right on the cove with access to the water just steps away. Don't forget to visit the Book Barn in Niantic at its three locations.

Beautiful winter stay with river views

Lynn is a wonderful host. She greeted us when we arrived and had decorated the guest house very nicely for Christmas. The house was very clean and inviting and was well winterized. It was supplied with everything we needed for our stay including a large washer/dryer. The neighborhood was very quiet and the views of the river were beautiful. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Beautiful and Cozy; Lovely Neighborhood; Exceptional Host

Even though it was one of the rainiest weekends we've had over the past two months, the house was so cozy and clean, that we did not mind too much. Lynn was a most gracious and wonderful host. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable without imposing at all. She has a sneaky talent that way. We wouldn't hesitate booking again, if we ever find ourselves in the area again. Lynn is not only the best host I've ever had the pleasure to meet I would say she is exceptional and one of a kind. A true gem! A lovely, lovely rental that is beautifully maintained. You can see all the care and love poured into the lovely guest cottage.

Peace and quiet

Perfect place for us to get away and allow our college student some much needed down time. The house is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. I had everything we needed, clean and very comfortable. The host, Lynn, is great and was available to answer any questions. Highly recommend.
