Not a big issue, but this was not mentioned. The entrance and exterior of the house are in very poor condition, as seen in the photos. We got the impression that the host is using this very old house to collect money through rentals for further renovations. That's not a problem, but it should be disclosed....

"Ah oui le studio est correctement équipé et propre bien que dans un immeuble vestuste et mal insonorisé mais l'environnement ! Je comprends pourquoi il n'y avait pas de photos de l'extérieur et en somme plutôt loin de la ville mais en pleine cité . Je ne comprends pas que ce genre de bien puisse être noté aussi bien par Abritel"
