"This is our main place we stay every time we are in Pullman. Staff is great. Amenities are plentiful! Location is perfect!"

"When one pay $100 or less for a hotel room, one does not or should not expect luxury accommodations. In this case, the Inn was clean, but decor dated and maintenance shoddy. Two mornings there were no coffee cups in the breakfast room and no one from whom to request them. The breakfast was simple and lacking imagination. Again, nothing near lavish. Still, as I stated above, at this price point, we really didn’t expect much more than we got and were happy with your choice for less expensive lodging. Potential lodgers should note there is no elevator to the second floor and, if stairs are a problem, request a main floor room. We asked for and received an accessible room, but, frankly, were one of us in a wheelchair that person would have been hard pressed to access the bathroom despite it having wide doors."

"Fairbridge is a more budget friendly place and that was what I was looking for but I was disappointed that I came into the room to find the bathroom light out and the place looked pretty shabby. The highlight of my stay was the front desk lady, Holly. She was very kind and helpful."

"We stayed at this Residence Inn for 8 days. I had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and body wash multiple times. Housekeeping did not come to our room unless I requested it. For the amount of money it cost to stay here, I shouldn't have to seek out someone to empty my trash, provide toilet paper, and bring towels. I didn't care if they cleaned, just provide basic necessities. Staff was nice, no one was rude. Just clueless and uncaring. Breakfast was good, laundry facilities clean, and a decent workout room. But I would pick a different hotel if you plan to stay more than 1-2 nights."

"Perfect getaway home for our Sons graduation. The home is charming, well appointed, clean and was spacious for 4 adults. Hosts communicated well which is always appreciated. I would recommend for any family looking for a charming and quiet home for a family vacation or local event to consider this home and hosts. "
