Apartment 10 minutes from the tram and the sea

Come and stay in this apartment for couples or friends, quietly located on the ground floor, it is equipped with every comfort and can accommodate up to 4 people.
You have a large bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with comfortable mattress.

For moments of conviviality the American kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separate.

Washing machine and wi-fi access available .

Sheets and towels provided.

A 15 minute walk , there is the tram, the Promenades des Anglais and shops.

For travellers coming from the airport, the tram is direct to the apartment (stop Carras)

La dĂ©coration Ă©tait moderne et chaleureuse, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. l'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©. Les bus et tram sont proches. Il faut ĂȘtre assez sportif pour monter dans le quartier pour le faire Ă  pied. L'appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel, au RDC, calme, bien Ă©quipĂ©, spacieux. Il fait un peu chaud dans l'appartement l'Ă©tĂ©. La climatisation serait bienvenue.

Le sĂ©jour dans ce logement a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able dans l’ensemble. Il Ă©tait proche de toutes commoditĂ©s ( bus, Tram, supĂ©rettes). Il est spacieux avec une belle cuisine. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© embĂȘtĂ©s par quelques moustiques Ă  l’intĂ©rieur de l’appartement, mais rien que de l’antimoustique ne puisse rĂ©soudre. Un petit bĂ©mol est Ă  mettre sur la vaisselle qui n’était pas toujours propre dans les tiroirs.

Appartement plein de charme, au calme et bien situé

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 3 nuitĂ©es chez Thomas et tout s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©. L'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour les voyageurs qui cherchent Ă  s'Ă©loigner du centre-ville. Propre, lumineux, trĂšs bien agencĂ© et dĂ©corĂ©. Petit panier gourmand et deux cahiers informatifs nous ont fait plaisir. Le logement est cosy et bien dĂ©corĂ©. Nous nous y sentions bien, on serait bien restĂ© plus longtemps, mais notre petit trip dans le Sud nous a emmenĂ©s ailleurs 😄 Je recommande les yeux fermĂ©s !
