Great location within a short distance of all amenities
Lovely apartment and space. It was great to have the pool and very private. The location is fabulous for everyday shops and close to restaurants and the beach. Only downside is it could do with air conditioning for the hotter months. Otherwise I would recommend this property.

Uns hat die Zeit in dem Apartment mit der Tollen Poolage sehr gefallen…vielen Dabk ..Der Pool war immer sehr sauer und das Wasser in einer top Qualität , weil Livio jeden Morgen und sogar Abends den Pool gereinigt hat. Livio ist immer Vorort und jederzeit eine Hilfe bei allen Themen. Danke an ihn und seine Frau. Fazit: Wir würden dieses Appartement immer wieder mieten, weil es eins zu eins bietet was es in der Annonce verspricht . Wlan top , Pool top und im Haushalt alles da…

Very nice apartment with nice pool in industrial area
The apartment was the top half of a house with nice big swimming pool, the bottom half was rented out too. Next door was a construction site where work started early in the morning. The noise was not too bad but it was never mentioned in the add. The apartment was nice and big and well cleaned, the cleaning lady was very helpful. The house is located at the edge of an industrial zone, but supermarket and bakery and the harbour and beach are all close by. Located between Antibes and Nice there are many places nearby for visits (Monaco, St Paul-de-Vence, Eze, Antibes, etc.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, un petit bémol pour la circulation (avion, train, voitures)
Bonjour, juste une appréciation pour améliorer le logement. Je trouve qu'il n'y avait pas assez d’ustensiles de cuisine (ouvre-boîtes, tire-bouchons difficile à utiliser, éplucheur légumes). Une casserole et deux poêlons, un peu juste, les couverts également. Vous devriez peut être avoir une feuille avec état des lieux de sorte que l'on sache ce qu'il devrait y avoir (pour être sur que personne ne reparte ou casse des choses sans rien dire) Manque aussi une cafetière pour le café le matin car à 6 personnes, un senseo est trop juste.Je pense que vous ne devriez pas mettre le ménage compris dans le prix et plutôt faire repasser la personne pour nettoyer après juste pour superviser.
