チェックインが遅くなる場合には事前の連絡が必要です。空港やビーチにも徒歩で行けるので場所も良いです。受付の方がすごく親切でした。 ニースの照明が人の形をしてたり、熊の形をしてたりと所々変わった照明がありますが、こちらのホテルも熊の形の照明がお部屋にありました。

Very close to the main street and the beach. Owner/Recepcionist was very professional, she knew me by the name and did not need any confirmation email/paper. She showed me the room, explained about wifi, told how entrance door work and A/C in my room. Straight to the point.

A perfectly fine experience

The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. There are a few things I wish I had known before I booked. One, the reception desk is not 24 hours (she leaves at 730p local time). Two, there is no distinct shower in the bathroom; rather, its just a shower head over a drain, which means inevitably the whole bathroom will get wet. Three, there's no tv; though the Apple computer in each room is a more-than-acceptable alternative. None of these things are deal breakers, I just wish I had known them before I arrived. The neighborhood is hardly spotless, but I never felt in danger.

Good value in a decent location.

The hotel is nicely furnished, and the staff is friendly. The location is fine, but lodging of a similar quality was probably available closer to tourist stops. The main downside was the poor WiFi service.

Klein aber fein

Von außen eher unscheinbar, offenbart sich diese Hotel von drinnen als kleiner Geheimtipp. Das Haus wurde 1870 erbaut, die Zimmer sind erst in jüngster Zeit komplett, sehr modern und mit Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden. Wo es ging, sind ursprüngliche Teile des Hauses erhalten worden, z.B. alte Fliesen oder Holzbalken. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügen über einen neuen Apple-Rechner mit Wifi-Zugang. Frühstück kann wahlweise auf dem Zimmer oder im gemütlichen Garten im Innenhof eingenommen werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist super: nur 500 Meter vom Hauptbahnhof und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und spricht auch Englisch. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Nizza

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Nizza, besticht aber dennoch durch seine recht ruhige Lage abseits der Hauptstraßen. Von dort ist man in zehn Minuten an der "Promenade des Anglais" oder an einem der zentralen Einkaufsboulevards. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich in einem kleinen Altbau, der vor einigen Jahren modernisiert wurde. Das Frühstück wird bei gutem Wetter (das ja meistens in Nizza ist) im kleinen Garten/Hof serviert, und man kann sein Pain auc Chocolat unter freiem Himmerl zu sich nehmen.

靠近火車站及海邊，安靜，舒適，方便。 安全，出入有密碼，有保險箱，有wifi,還有Apple 電腦，冰箱，浴室設備也很新，非常cozy,離哪邊都很近。 介於飯店與hostel間的摩登風格，很適合年輕人入住，即使是獨自旅行者也很安全。check in and check out 都很方便，附近很多餐廳，及小商店，也方便外帶回飯店吃。

Comfortable and quiet hotel

The B11 Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Nice-Ville railway station in a quiet area. I arrived by taxi from the airport (the buses were on strike!) and my driver did not know this hotel. The welcome from reception was friendly, and I was shown to my room and given a guided tour of its facilities. The room was on the ground floor, with ensuite bathroom and shower, desk and sofa. The bed was upstairs on a mezzanine floor, accessed by a rather steep wooden step-ladder style ladder. The upstairs ceiling height was low, so you have to be careful not to bang your head. There aren't any thick curtains, so you need to close the shutters to get a really dark bedroom. This hotel is very quiet, and feels very safe. There is a PIN pad outside the hotel's front door for night-time access, as the Reception closes at around 8pm. There is an Apple computer system in the room, featuring Eye-TV. This service is limited to French terrestrial services. I will stay here again when I come to Nice next year.

Boutique Hotel mitten in Nizza

Das Hotel ist klein, sauber und sehr schön. Die Besitzer haben ausschließlich Design-Objekte zur Einrichtung und Dekoration verwendet. Das Ambiente ist liebevoll, hipp und fein. Dieses Hotel eignet sich gut, wenn mann eine schöne Atmosphäre sucht, mitten in der Stadt, ohne den großen "Rummel" eines grossen Hotels. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!

Accueil et service irréprochable

Nous avons réservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel pour un mariage à Nice. L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche du centre à pied. Dans un endroit calme. La gérante de l'hôtel nous a très bien accueilli et a même été très serviable car le mariage était à 15h à la mairie de Nice. Elle a accepté de nous laisser la chambre jusque 14h (car la chambre n'était pas réservée pour le soir même) pour pouvoir nous préparer juste avant la cérémonie. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Var der et par dage i forbindelse med arbejde, og det var vigtigt, at der var wifi på værelset. Det var så svagt, at man knap kunne hente sin e-mail. Værelset var fint og rent, og beliggenheden fin, i gåafstand fra transportmuligheder og centrum.

Bra läge mellan stationen och strandpromenad.

Trevligt litet hotell med modern inredning i en äldre fastighet. Från flygplatsen finns flygbuss till tågstationen eller vanlig stadsbuss som stannar på Promenade des Anglais. På rummet finns en dator som man även använder om man vill se på TV. Lite besvärlig om man inte är van vid Mac. Frukost kan man beställa för att äta på rummet eller den lilla innergården, om man inte väljer att gå ut eller göra en enkel frukost själv på rummet.

Rummet var tyst, privat och fräscht. Sängen var bekväm, och vi blev väl mottagna. Tyvärr verkade det hyfsat nyrenoverade badrummet vara fuktskadat, vilket vi informerade ägarinnan om. Bra ställe om man stannar en kortare stund i Nice.

Väga meeldiv ja hubane tuba. Toas leidus arvuti mida sai vabalt kasutada. Voodi oli mugav ja toas leidus ka külmkapp. Vannitoas voolas vesi põrandale kui kasutas dushi. Asukoht on ülihea jaama ja rannapromenadi vahel.
