Combine relaxation and sunshine by staying in this magnificent 70m2 fully air-conditioned holiday apartment. It can accommodate 4 people.

It is located within a secure residence, with a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and a large landscaped park. This holiday rental offers unique amenities and a panoramic sea view over Nice and the Bay of Angels.

It is located on the ground floor and has a large 60 m2 terrace, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera.

Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. Fully equipped living/dining room with TV.

2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 4 90cm beds (2 bunk beds), 1 shower room with separate toilet.

NB: access to the swimming pool and tennis courts is extra.
Rate of €50/week per person for access to the swimming pool and clubhouse.
Please send us your ID photos in advance for the preparation of the pool cards before your arrival.

WIFI internet. Pets not allowed and non-smoking. Deposit: €800 (pre-authorisation on card / not debited).
