This seasonal rental offers unique amenities and a panoramic sea view over Nice and the Bay of Angels.It is located on the 1st floor with a lift. The apartment has a large circular terrace of 25 m2, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera.Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace. Living room/dining room fully equipped with TV.2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds. 1 shower room with WC and another independent WC with a hand basin.It also has a parking space.NB: Swimming pool and tennis access at an additional cost.Rate of £50/week per person for access to the swimming pool and Club HousePlease send identity photos in advance to prepare pool cards before arrival on site.Garage for 1 car.
