The hotel & room is clean with safety box, kettle, tea/coffee box , 2 bottles water in fridge. The distance is around 3 minutes from train station, with all shops restaurants around，very convenient. The buffet is impressive, with american standards, servers wearing butlers uniforms, with variety foods, scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, the best of my trip. The towels quality is much better than european hotels provided． i told manager The internet was unstable after 2 am in the morning before i left, he immediately checked with internet provider, very responsive in doing that. The price is good. i would recommend this hotel．

Plenty of brunch places nearby. Room was very clean.staff very polite .couldnt do enough for me . Plenty of shops nearby. Lots of well priced restaurants in the area which were popular. .my room was excellent. Nice .toiletries. My room was on 1st floor didn't have noise . Would book again.

We had a very nice room on the main floor. It was spacious and have a nice bed. Fridge. Electric kettle and nice TV in working order. Wifi was very good. Staff was excellent from Reception to breakfast room. No complaints at all. I will stay there if I return to Nice.

Can’t fault the staff are great, room clean. One comment was the amenities like top up of tea and coffee as well water was not great. I had to ask for extra coffee. And my water was not refreshed.

The hotel in general is what I would consider a budget hotel. It was small, minimal amenities and in a somewhat questionable area. The hotel does not have parking so if you have a car and a need for nearby parking, this is not for you. If you have minimal luggage and take public transport or use cabs/ride share, this could be a good option. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and about a 12 minute walk to city center.

We stayed here over a rugby world cup weekend and loved our stay. The hotel is central enough to be an easy walk around the centre, but still quiet inside and well insulated from the city noise. We didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel but ticked all the boxes we needed - a great night's sleep and a decent buffet breakfast!

My room was nice, I was on the 3rd floor corner with a balcony view of the street. The tram stop is within 2min walk. The staff are all nice, James he is the reception when we checkout this morning. The breakfast was included and they are excellent. The cleaner lady after our first day did a good job cleaning the room. I highly recommend this hotel and I will book again in this hotel if I decided to go back in the future.

It’s surprisingly beautiful boutique hotel for a BW. Photos are accurate. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I did had a small mishap with towels. it seems there is a limit if you are one person you can only request one towel. I had to ask 2x for 2 towels. One day they didn’t give me not even one. However, they corrected the issue. The area is not safe at night for solo travelers. It gets dark until 9pm during May so there is plenty of time to enjoy the area. Location is perfect, half of block away from tram and train station. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel in great location

Hotel was excellent, beautiful comfortable room refurbished with great decor. The room we stayed in had an open, visible shower which may not be suitable for friends staying together. The toilet is in a separate room. I’d enquire about the other rooms if this makes you uncomfortable. For us as a couple, we had no issues. Location was right on the high street, with many tram facilities and rail station was a few minutes away.

Tiny, smelly, but otherwise decent

As expected for the price the room is tiny with almost no room for even the door to open. Speaking of doors, our bathroom did not even have one. There is a closet for your things at least. We had a serious issue with the smell of the whole place, it smelled very strange and stuffy, like old breakfast food. Keeping the window open all night did not even make it go away. If you can handle the thick stench, and are either solo or don’t mind the tightness and lack of bathroom door, then this hotel is otherwise quite clean and nice looking.
