We liked the stay. Since we don't speak French, we were all the more pleased that the staff and the people at reception helped us a lot. Unfortunately, the furnishings in our hotel room were a bit dated, but the staff, the daily cleaning, the modern TV and the great breakfast made up for it.

It’s surprisingly beautiful boutique hotel for a BW. Photos are accurate. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I did had a small mishap with towels. it seems there is a limit if you are one person you can only request one towel. I had to ask 2x for 2 towels. One day they didn’t give me not even one. However, they corrected the issue. The area is not safe at night for solo travelers. It gets dark until 9pm during May so there is plenty of time to enjoy the area. Location is perfect, half of block away from tram and train station. I will definitely be back.

I was welcomed by a lovely reception and he gave me all the required advice and showed me to the elevator. They required a €50 deposit for what i dont know. I had room 310 which was very small but comfortable for the 2 nights.

We stayed here over a rugby world cup weekend and loved our stay. The hotel is central enough to be an easy walk around the centre, but still quiet inside and well insulated from the city noise. We didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel but ticked all the boxes we needed - a great night's sleep and a decent buffet breakfast!

My room was nice, I was on the 3rd floor corner with a balcony view of the street. The tram stop is within 2min walk. The staff are all nice, James he is the reception when we checkout this morning. The breakfast was included and they are excellent. The cleaner lady after our first day did a good job cleaning the room. I highly recommend this hotel and I will book again in this hotel if I decided to go back in the future.

Very nice. Aircon did not have a remote. Staff claim it was broke even though it was listed on the advert as all rooms have air con? And room had some wear and tear which should be looked into. Everything else lovely.

Our stay at this hotel was good , good location and good breakfast , there is a indigo parking close to the hotel and next to the train station . The only improvement is the heating system that was not controllable which made the lobby and the room very hot so we had to open the window the whole time.
