  • Apartment full of character, completely renovated in a Nice palace on the 2nd floor with elevator. Located in the Gambetta district 700 m from the train station and the sea, it is in the immediate vicinity of shops. Direct access to the airport and numerous bus lines.
    The street is quiet and the apartment is also equipped with double glazing
    Large living room with high ceilings and very bright. Fully equipped kitchen including induction, Nespresso.
    Independent bedroom with double bed 160 * 200, large wardrobe.
    In the living room, very comfortable and brand new 160 * 200 sofa bed.
