In the heart of old town (Vieux Nice), an authentic Nice apartment with modern comfort to rent for holidays. 2-5 persons comfortably on 55m2, but can sleep 6. Plenty of natural light due to large windows and a high ceiling, south facing 'Rue Préfècture' with a magnificent view on a little church tower. Tiled all-over.
Everything on your doorstep: bakery, restaurants, bars, market and the beach. Situated on 3rd floor, no lift, wide staircase easy to walk up. Free Wi-Fi, deposit safe, HD TV, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, etc. Baby cot/chair available. Include linen and towels.

We loved our stay in this apartment. It reflected the mood and feel of Nice in the lovely colors, design, and location in Old Town Nice. Great place in Nice!

Frank’s accommodation was nothing less than perfect! My friends and I enjoyed every part of the apartment, especially the coffee machine. The apartment is located very close to the main area with tons of restaurants and bars around. Thank you Frank for hosting us! If I ever find myself in Nice again I will be running to book this accommodation!

An authentic flat in the heart of the old town, with the hustle and bustle all on your doorstep. Flat with all that you need though the steps up to the third floor could be a challenge for some. A great atmosphere with a great selection of cafes and restaurants.

Absolutely incredible VRBO. Frank is the nicest and most welcoming host I've ever experienced; he would immediately respond to all of our questions about the property/travel plans and he even helped us work through some hiccups during our stay as we were especially new to the area. I am so grateful for his organization, incredible communication skills, and generous help during our stay, not to mention the outstanding location of his apartment in Old Town. Overall, I absolutely recommend staying here and if I ever come back to Nice, Frank would be my first choice as a VRBO host.

Our Stay in Old Town Nice

What a charming flat in the center of the old town in Nice. I think it's important that people know that this is an older/historic building, so many amenities might seem outdated. Having said that, my friends and I found everything charming. It does get warm in the summer, but beyond that, you really cannot beat the location. There are cafes and restaurants and bars all within feet of the flat and we did our best to go to as many as possible. Frank was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay. We had an amazing trip!

Frank is an excellent host, very quick to respond to inquiries or issues, very easy to communicate with. The property is located in an excellent area, close to restaurants, night market, and beaches. The area is very noisy though, so if it's hot and you leave the window open, you will hear lots of noise. There is no A/C, the property is older and you need to walk up stairs to get to the unit. If you want to be where the action is, this is the place to be.

This was a great functional apartment and provided a good base from which to explore Nice and the coast. It's literally a 3 min walk to the beach! It's in a buzzy location surrounded by many bars and restaurants but because of this, it proved a bit noisy at night. That said, it seemed to be quiet by midnight so I guess there must be some kind of noise curfew. Frank is one of the nicest hosts w have ever met and was so helpful. The apartment is decorated in the traditional French style and is within a historical building so if you are looking for a slick modern style place then this isn't the place for you. But if like us, you want to pretend to be a local for a few days and enjoy all that Nice has to offer then it's perfect :)

Couldn't be more central! A home from home :)

Great location, lovely ambience and a real insight into the local way of life in the old town. Any issues and Frank and his team were on hand to resolve at pace. Make sure you don't skip leg day at the gym, as the stairs to the appartment are unforgiving. The compromise is the amazing original details in a 300 year old property. It started to feel like a real home from home :) Prepare yourself for the street noise in the late afternoon evening and night as revellers head out to eat and drink. We had to close the windows at night, but numerous fans are provided to cool the appartment in the absence of AC. The TV channels are local language only and reception was sporadic. Be prepared to buy essentials, we only had 2 toilet rolls for 4 people for 4 nights and the coffee beans ran out day one and we had to buy tea and sugar. It would have been nice to have these core cupboard items on arrival. So had to head straight out to top up. The water is drinkable but we bought bottled water anyway. All supplies are available at a local Epicentre or Monoprix. No more than a 10 min round trip. Minor gripes. 9/10 from us. Would be happy to stay again.

Went here as a getaway with friends. Had an amazing stay it was perfectly located just by beach and town and gorgeous squares. The communication was great and checking in was really easy, the apartment was also just as described and well maintained.
