YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD



This apartment is located in a lively and sought-after neighborhood of Nice, between the sea and the historic center. Just a short walk away, you’ll find: the beach, local shops (a Spar supermarket 300 m away), the “Opéra Vieille Ville” tram stop (350 m), as well as the Nice Thiers train station (2 km) and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (5 km). Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the Nice way of life.



LIVING ROOM



The air-conditioned living room welcomes you with a warm and relaxing atmosphere, featuring a comfortable sofa bed for two, a TV, Wi-Fi, and plenty of natural light. All necessary kitchen utensils are provided, along with a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. You can enjoy your meals in the cozy dining area provided for this purpose.

The bedroom is warm and comfortable, featuring a double bed and everything you need to relax. It’s an ideal, peaceful place to rest and recharge after a day in the Nice sunshine.



BATHROOM



The modern and functional bathroom features a shower, a sink with storage cabinet, a large mirror, and a hair dryer.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival

When you arrive at the airport, there are many transportation options available to take you to your apartment:



The tram – The most affordable option: Line 2 departs from in front of Terminals 1 & 2 and serves the entire Côté Mer area, from the airport to the Port of Nice, in 25 minutes. All stops pass through Fabron, Grosso, and Gambetta for the Fleurs neighborhood; Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musiciens, d’Or, and Masséna neighborhoods; the Pin neighborhood; and finally, the Port neighborhood.

You can transfer to Line 1 at the JEAN MÉDECIN station.

You can transfer to Line 3 at the GRAND ARÉNAS station.



Taxis: The most direct option: Taxis are available at both Terminals 1 and 2. It will take just 1.15 minutes to get directly to your apartment. There is an official fixed flat rate that must be applied, plus a baggage fee. Be sure to ask about this and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse to charge you this rate. Normally, payment can be made by credit card.



The bus: The airport shuttle (Bus 98) is both inexpensive and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city center, near the Nice Thiers train station.



Ichose to arrive by train



The tram—the cheapest option: To get to Line 1, exit the station on the left and walk down toward Avenue Thiers until you reach Avenue Jean Médecin (it’s marked by signs). Trams run every five minutes, and tickets are inexpensive. Line 1 serves downtown Nice and the two northern neighborhoods.

You can transfer to Line 3 at the GRAND ARÉNAS station.

You can transfer to Line 2 (Airport/Port) at the JEAN MÉDECIN station.



Taxis: The most direct option: It will take just 15 minutes to drop you off directly at your apartment. There is no fixed flat rate. The driver must activate the meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival plus any baggage fees. Be sure to ask for this information and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse to charge you this way. Normally, you can pay by credit card.

Don’t forget to have the full address ready to give to the driver.

There’s always a public parking lot near your place of residence. The rates are:

It may be more cost-effective to pay by the week rather than by the day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Be sure to check the rate schedule at the parking lot entrance or go to the security booth as soon as you’ve parked.
