HOUSE MANUAL

1. Welcome Supplies
We provide a few complimentary coffee capsules, toilet paper rolls, and small shower toiletries. These items are not supplied for the entire duration of your stay.

2. Smoking
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited.

3. Parties & Gatherings
Parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden.

4. Noise
Guests and visitors must avoid making noise between 10 PM and 6 AM out of respect for the neighbors.

5. Trash
Please dispose of your trash in the nearby containers indicated in the welcome guide before checking out.

6. Keys
Keys must remain in your possession for the duration of your stay. Copying the keys is strictly prohibited. In case of loss, locksmith fees will be charged to you.

7. Towels & Bed Linen
One large and one small towel per person are provided for short stays, along with bed linen. For stays longer than one week, an additional towel set per person is supplied. Towels must not be taken from the apartment. A €10 fee will be charged for any missing towel after your departure.

8. Apartment Equipment
If any equipment is missing or damaged due to misuse after your stay, a claim will be submitted to the platform and the cost of the damage will be charged to you.
