The property is okay. It's in a nice area in Nice. Close to all. Unfortunately, we had problems from the moment we arrived. First, the person who was to let us in had the wrong day. After arranging for someone else to let us in (she didn't speak any English) we finally got in. The apartment is a large one bedroom. The decor is average. Unfortunately, the following day, we could not re-enter the apartment due to a broken front door. They had recently had the door replaced. However, it was not checked out and we were stuck trying to get in for over an hour. We took video showing the problem and we were on the phone with the original apartment manager who was away on an island. He saw the issue. We are two, over 60-year-old adults and we were unable to get in. Finally, we figured out what to do and let's just say, we can't get our time back. The owner was made aware of this and actually tried to say that we broke the door after we had departed. They threatened us because we had asked for some kind of recompense. Next, the washer door would not open. It too was stuck. No manuals for a broken door anywhere. This finally resolved itself. The A/C unit in the living room couldn't cool the bedroom. We had to stay in the living room on a pullout sofa. The dryer was non-functional as well. Fortunately, we were not in the apartment most of the time. There are a lot of nicer, less expensive places to stay. Do it.
