The penthouse Le Lucia is located on top floor with private lift. It offers en entrance, a large living room with dining area, a full equipped open kitchen. The first bedroom offers an ensuite shower room with toilet, the second bedroom offers an ensuite shower room, the last bedroom has a bathroom with bath and toilet, plus another separate toilet. You will be delighted by the impressive terrace of 150sq.m with its outdoor dining area and its brasero. From there you will have a beautiful view over the sea. Overall, this was a decent place to stay. POSITIVES: the host was very nice and explained things adequately. There was enough room for four of us, a tv with plenty of options, and a spacious living area and kitchen area. It was clean, along with nice views. A small market and bakery was within walking distance for food, wine, baguettes, etc. NEGATIVES: the a/c wasn't the greatest and one guest couldn't use a bedroom due to the heat and slept on the couch where it was a bit cooler, A couple of appliances were broken; although, smaller replacements were offered and adequate. It would be nice to have more sun coverage on the sprawling patio, as we picked this property because of the views, but it was too hot and sunny to really sit outside, except for early morning hours. There is a big umbrella in one corner; however, after being 'warned' about operating it, we didn't want to mess with it. The best views are right as you walk out of the sliding door onto the patio and that is where I would make sure to have sun coverage. GOOD TO KNOW: One bedroom bathroom does not have a toilet. The entrance into and out of the parking area is funky, making a small car more accessible than the one we had. The entrance into the property was also unusual. The pool is a community pool and extra towels are not provided.
