Took their time cleaning our room so we had to wait till 4 to check in even though we showed up at 11am. No rush to get us our rooms. Another one of our group found bed bugs. The front desk ask him to email the manager. Pretty sure that should be the front desks job.

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to Old Nice, lots of places to eat, drink and shop very close by. Currently there is construction across the road which may be noises but I had a room at the back so never heard anything. My room was on the 7th floor and there is only one lift which can be really slow so be patient. I was in a double room by myself which was fine but it would be really cosy if there were 2 people sharing. The tram station to the airport is only a 5 minute walk, so really handy.

The bathroom tap was dripping.Told at the reception and yhey said yhey would repair it. When we came back in yhe evening and asked, the receptionist didn't know what we wre talking about. There was no communication between the receptionists. It was so smelly in yhe room They also asked us to pay for breakfast on check out , when we had already paid- again no communication between the receptionists or noyhing written on the records.

The only real attraction of this tired and rather shabby property is its location on the edge of the old town, some ten mins walk from the Marché aux Fleurs and the seafront. The attractive Place Garibaldi with its cafés and brasseries is just around the corner and the Garibaldi tram stop (for line 1 to the main railway station) is 3 mins walk away. I had the good fortune to have a room on the top floor at the back (small with minimal facilities) that thankfully was quiet and provided a pleasant view over the rooftops. The lobby with the reception staff sheltered away behind plastic screens and an unpleasant musty smell is not a particularly welcoming environment. Breakfast is entirely self-service and offers a standard if unexciting choice of canteen type foods. The coffee delivered by the automats bears little relation to the real thing.

Centrally located and easy to get to with Tram 2 from the airport. Within walking distance from old Nice and old harbour. Small rooms but nice and clean. Friendly staff. Will be pleased to go back.

Great location in Nice within walking distance to Vieux Nice and Port Lympia, as well as easy access to the tram stops - lots of restaurants around the area and very close to a Monoprix too. Room is clean and new but very small (would recommend only bringing a medium sized suitcase here). Comfortable bed and air conditioned. Staff were friendly and helpful at reception when assistance was needed.

The hotel is well located close to main tourist attraction walkable within 15 min, there a train station Garibaldi will take you directly to aeroport. Bus and tramway all around. The facilities at the hotel is very basic, no safe in the room, no water provided but there is a supermarket on tje corner of the street and if you are ok with tap water than you’ll be fine,

Received a warm welcome from staff on arrival. The room was a good size for the two of us and had nice views. Construction work at the front wasn't an issue for us, as we were out for the majority of the day. The windows did a good job in hiding any noise that was there. Very clean and tidy hotel, the staff were lovely too. Great value for money and will definitely consider again!

The air conditioning in the room was great and much needed after a hot day of walking around Nice. The rooms are REALLY small, especially for two people with two suitcases. There is just enough room to have the two twin beds about 4 inches apart, a desk to set one suitcase on (the other had to sit by the door) and to squeeze around the beds to get to the bathroom which is 6inches from one of the beds. Good place to rest but not enough room to spend much time in it. Would stay again, just expect very basic accommodations.

The room was good. Very small, with the bathroom right beside the head of the bed. Nowhere to sit. Again lobby did not offer free water and coffee like North American hotels do. Other minor issues were room specific and will be addressed by maintenance staff in due course.

Great location for a reasonable price. We had a double room which was a little small but it was clean and fresh. Biggest pro is the staff here, very friendly and helpful. We had to check out a day earlier due to the air traffic strikes in France. We dealt with a receptionist called Perla who was fantastic managing our case. We exchanged over email whilst a refund was processed for the night not used on our booking. She was very responsive and understanding. Thank you! Would stay there again!

Good hotel, staff and location. Need improvements.

Would recommend this stay but hotel can improve a few things. The location of the hotel is convenient walking distance to the Marina and Garibaldi Place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean everyday and the cleaning staff did a great job! The hotel can improve on the following to be great. The AC does not do a good job to cool down. Kept it on and lower temperature for hours and ended up opening the window which allowed mosquitoes in. The rooms are tiny without much space for luggage, storage and laptop/ working. Irons are available but need to go down to the reception and leave an ID to get it and return it to get an ID. Save some work for you and the guests and add irons to every room.

Locations was great but that’s about it. Pretty run down place that is more like a hostel. Walls an are paper thin so woke up early every morning because the kids next door were shouting and slamming things. No air conditioning so must be unbearable in the peak of summer, we stayed in March and it was too hot for my liking. The door didn’t work properly so one day we came home and the door had not shut properly after housekeeping had left. Anybody could’ve walked in and taken our things, no safe to store your passport either. We found ants in our room as well. Room was pretty small as well and there was construction outside which was a bit of an eyesore . In conclusion, I would not stay here again
