Absolutely loved this hotel!! The location is perfect too, Villefranche is enchanting, Nice is right there, Eze and Monaco are easily accessible too! Highly recommend!!

Such a beautiful property and run by an amazing and personable couple! Had the room with a sea view king bed and twin bed and it was very large and clean and the view was unbeatable. The location is great the parking was a huge plus! The brasserie and bakery near the hotel are amazing as well.

Location outside Nice on Moyenne Corniche in Villafrenche-sur-mer was desirable with beautiful elevated views of the harbor and Cap Ferrat peninsula. The property is well maintained and appointed with a refreshing pool and balconies for outside seating. And Charlotte, what an amazing hostess, so willing to please and educate on the area - she really extends herself to make sure your stay is delightful. Can't say enough about her.

Gorgeous views, extremely clean, the owners make every effort to help and to make you have the best time, super kind and friendly. You can walk to the beach but through very winding road with a lot of steps to the town of Villefranche. Walking distance to a bakery and restaurants.not walking distance to Nice. Recommend this property for a perfect family trip stay or quiet relaxing time.

The place is really nice. Everything is clean and the owners are very friendly. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is that breakfast was 18€ per person. Price was not visible and it wasn't worth that amount of money.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this lovely little hotel! We were welcomed warmly by the owner and her staff. The pool was a huge hit with our kids. We had the BEST spritz of our entire vacation on the patio overlooking the sea! Spectacular! Will return.
