Could not have been in a better location with a great view of the ocean and promenade! Balcony was very large and perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset. Only downside was that the walls were pretty thin so could hear neighbors easily, but the other aspects made up for it.

Small boutique hotel in the absolute best location. Worth getting balcony. Breathtaking views. Good size room in good condition, but be prepared it is an old building. Modern amenities.
