We had mixed feelings about our stay. We collected the keys from Riviera Homes Property Management Company. The staff was helpful, but having to download an instruction booklet instead of finding a printed copy in the apartment was inconvenient.
The AC was already on. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not very clean, with hair on the shower walls. The listing is also misleading: it appears to be a true two-bedroom apartment, but the second "bedroom" is actually an alcove with fold-down bunk beds. We couldn't open them and had to call the emergency number. The person answering was quite rude and assumed we didn't know how to operate the beds. Fortunately, my daughter speaks fluent French and explained the situation.
During our stay, the washing machine drum became stuck during the second load, the bathroom sink stopper jammed, there was no hairdryer, there were not enough cooking utensils, and the TV was not a Smart TV, so we couldn't access our own streaming services, such as Netflix or Prime Video.
Sandrine from Riviera Homes was exceptional. She promptly arranged repairs, provided a hairdryer and cookware, and was always professional and responsive.
The apartment has potential but needs better maintenance, cleaning, and attention to detail. Thank you, Sandrine, for making our stay much better.
