THE FRANCE II is a beautiful 85m2 apartment on the 7th floor with a lift located in Nice. A bright apartment with a sunny terrace with a dining area, air conditioning and internet.

The apartment consists of a living-dining room with an equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer), two bedrooms (one bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds), a shower room with a toilet and a separate second toilet.

Located 5 minutes walk from Place Massena, and 10 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais. This area is very close to restaurants, shops and cinemas. The tram will allow you to get around Nice and to the airport quickly.
