La Brise, Provencal apartment in Vence

Welcome to the spacious holiday flat ‘La Brise’ in an architect's house high above the Côte d'Azur.
The villa with the holiday flat is in a picturesque and quiet location on the edge of the town of Vence directly below the Baou des Noirs. Through the large panoramic window, you can see the sublime Baou de St Jeannet and, on a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of the island of Corsica above the Mediterranean shimmering in the sun.
The 110 m² flat with three bedrooms offers enough space for 6 people. Additional sleeping accommodation for up to 2 people can be provided. The large combined living and dining area is ideal for cosy get-togethers. You use the entire upper floor of the house and enter the house at ground level on the mountain side. The flat has a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a covered terrace for hot or rainy days and a small garden area. You can park your car directly in front of the house.
During the day, enjoy the vibrant life and easily accessible beaches in the towns of Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Antibes and Cannes. Discover the picturesque towns of Vence, St Paul de Vence and Tourettes-sur-Loup, which have inspired artists such as Picasso, Chagall and Matisse. Visit Grasse - the world capital of perfume. Or go hiking in the rugged mountains of the Alpes-Maritimes, always with a view of the beautiful coast of the Côte d'Azur. You can set off directly from the house. The nearby Col de Vence is very popular with stargazers.

After an eventful day, enjoy the peace and quiet and round off the evening on the terrace or by the fireplace.

Small print:
We offer you the option of bringing your own household linen (bed linen and towels). Alternatively, you can order the linen from the service agency. The set costs €35 per person and, according to the service agency, includes bed linen, a large bath towel, 1 hand towel, a bath rug and a tea towel. You order the linen directly from the agency in good time before travelling.

The service agency will also arrange the handover of the house keys with you.
