Excellent location. Easy to get to the train station, old nice and to the airport. Room was modern and had great bonuses like water, coffee, and a lovely balcony. Only complaint of the room we were in was the shower would overflow and flood the tiled bathroom area.

Le Dortoir is very well located, near restaurants, boutiques and the major landmarks The place is spacious and very well maintained. The only incovenient is walking up the stairs.

Would highly recommend this hotel. The room was very clean with a modern style. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our balcony had a great view and was perfect for a coffee in the morning and drink in the afternoon. The location of the hotel was very close to the promenade and several restaurants.

The room was quaint and centrally located which was nice for exploring Old Town Nice. We knew there was no lift, but it became quite the adventure daily going up and down to our room on the 5th floor (especially after our daily miles and a few limencellos!) but the view from our balcony made it worth it. The staff were very helpful and friendly and one helped get our bags to our room. It was quiet and they cleaned our room around our schedule which was all over the place. Le Dortoir did not disappoint us and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect location, steps from the beach. The double room was perfect for a single person stay. The room was modern, the bed was comfy and the Aircon was bliss. Reception staff also spoke great English, helpful and was really friendly!

Great room, great location. Took a balcony room and that was a bit of a waste. The room was great but the balcony was so small, I didn’t really get to enjoy it. Location is perfect, less than 5 min walk from the beach. They were renovating the unit next to my room so had construction going every week day, which is why I removed a star. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Super nice staff Clean room and very nice maid No elevator fyi not an issue for us Gotta be very close w person you stay w as shower is in glass enclosure in open concept room, as is soaking tub. Toilet was enclosed, thank gosh. Other than that, centrally located to just about everything and nice little area.

My wife and I enjoyed a 5 night stay here. - Easy to get to from Jean Medecin tram stop - Location is within a bustling central area with plenty of shops and places to eat. Also some designer shops for high end shopping - The staff were very friendly and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Spoke great English - The room was cleaned everyday and had everything we needed, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, TV, soaps, shower gels/shampoo. Tea/Coffee making and small chiller - The balcony is a nice place to watch the street below for people watching and enjoying the street entertainment - The beach and tram stop are nearby so no issues for getting around and enjoying the city We would stay here again 👍

The dortoir hotel suites are perfectly located. The hammam room we had was all tile w steam shower and two person sauna. We used it every day! Steps to restaurants and shopping 2 blocks to beach. We cant wait to go back. We did 14 nights this trip and staff were friendly. We cant wait till next year! Merci alexi you helped alot!

The location of the hotel is amazing!! Also, the rooms are fairly soundproof, so helps keep the outside noises to a minimum. Rooms are very spacious and the AC works great! Helpful staff as well!

This is a perfect boutique hotel for exploring the south of France. Someone has taken real effort to make the rooms special. They have good showers ( but bear in mind the room we were in had the shower in the bedroom so no privacy) the property has no lift but we knew that in advance so was prepared. I have seen other reviews saying the property was hard to find but it wasn’t at all. Photos were sent before our arrival and the access code. It’s was approximately 7 min walk from Jean Medicine tram stop very easy. We arrived after midnight. All was perfect. We absolutely loved the location and we would definitely stay again 100%
