Lady managing it was in touch beforehand and met us with the keys. It’s a very secure small one bedroom flat, clean, well maintained and with all mod cons including quietly efficient air conditioning and a small patio. Five minutes from the promenade and about ten minutes from the main tourist areas.

Loved how cozy the space was - perfect for two people, can’t imagine 3 people staying in it as it was quite small. The washing machine was a saviour for us as we’ve been travelling for 2 weeks. Location was not that great, not many restaurants around, had to walk at least 40 minutes to find somewhere decent. Also, the Old Town was quite far, if you’re not up to taking the tram then it’s a far walk as well.

Everything was great, except the gap under apartment door that lets you hear noises from the stairway. Fortunately only few apartments in the stairway.

The property was clean, but there was a water leak from the dishwasher which we were told about, but had to keep a mat to soak up the water. There was confusion about the garbage. On checkout we left the garbage outside the door, but were informed that it should have been put in “the container outside” on the street. We were not shown where the container was, nor that the container would be removed after 8:00 am. Nothing was mentioned in the “House Rules”. We forgot to put the dishwasher on so the crockery would be clean and dry. Our mistake. Overall a nice base from which to explore Nice.

Notre location avec la petite terrasse a été remplacée par l'appartement au dessus certes plus grand mais sans extérieur. Tout es confortable mais il manque des volets ce qui pénalise beaucoup la personne qui dort dans le salon. Un autre détail mais qui est utile... comme nous devons sortir nos propres poubelles (non compris dans le forfait ménage, règlé en liquide...) il serait utile d'avoir une feuille précisant le passage des ordures ménagères de Nice... c'est très simple à mettre en place... Appartement très bien situé à 20 mn de marche de la gare et 10 mn de la promenade des anglais
