This homely apartment is perfectly located in Musiciens in central Nice. Here you have proximity to both the sea and the city life, with the genuine
 and good restaurants, cafes and shops.
The apartment's large and lovely balcony about 15 m2, is also a great advantage of this apartment. It has south facing and sun most of the day with very little transparency from the house opposite. There is an awning to fold out the hottest hours during the summer. Both the bedroom and the living room have direct access to the balcony. Here there is both a dining table for 6-8 person seats, a small café table.
In the cozy living room there is a sofa bed / sofa bed and a TV. The dining area, 4 people, is located in the nice and spacious hall.
The bright and fresh bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 180x200cm, and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro, etc.

Wonderful Stay in Nice

This property was fantastic. It was equipped with absolutely anything you could want for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the living room spacious and it had a lovely balcony for your breakfast or just to enjoy the weather. It also had air conditioning so was great for Nice’s warm and humid weather. Malin was a great and welcoming hostess. It was walkable to loads of restaurants, shops, Avenue Des Anglais, the market and more. Would highly recommend.

Phenomenal Stay

This is a beautiful apartment on the sunny side of the street. Located on a quiet street, the apartment is very clean and easily accessible by elevator. Everything we could possibly need was provided. We will be back soon.

Perfect Home Base for Visit to the Côte d’Azur

The apartment was exactly as advertised and the host was there to greet us upon arrival and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect to base yourself for a week long stay: 10 minute walk to the train station, 15 minute walk to the beach/Promenade, 20-25 minute walk to Old Town and the Port area. Amenities were also close by: access to public transportation, a grocery store across the street and a fabulous Boulangerie a block away! A truly French residential experience. The apartment was well equipped and the information binder provided by the host was very useful especially with restaurant recommendations. When weather permitted, the large outdoor terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy some wine & cheese! There was some street noise to contend with in the early morning but otherwise a perfect stay in an amazing city. Thank you Malin!

Central location lovely balcony

We had a wonderful stay here in August. Great location to get to beach and markets and plenty of shops and restaurants everywhere! Malin and Jonas made the checking in and out seamless and were very flexible. We highly recommend staying here.

Treasure in Nice

This was a lovely apartment that was extremely well located. The host was there to meet us at the agreed upon time and was easy to communicate with during the stay. Nice is a gorgeous city with so much to see and enjoy. Strongly recommend this property if you are lucky enough to visit!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property - two adults with one teen. Great location for us close to the train station and not far from the sea front. Shop right across the road which was perfect. Good restaurant at the end of the street on the corner which we ate at twice and would recommend. Accommodation was very flexible and felt like home, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again. Thank you :)

Wonderful Place!

Malin was patient and gave us clear instructions about the rules! The place had many useful supplies, comfortable bed/futon, and was located in a beautiful spot in Nice. My favorite was the balcony! We really enjoyed our trip and are so glad to have stayed here!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment had everything necessary for a good vacation. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it was quite hot outside during our stay. Our stay in Nice at Malin's flat was outstanding! Malin met us outside the building upon check-in and showed us around. We found Malin very responsive. Wonderful Location

We had a great time staying at this property. We were here for five nights and it was perfect. The apartment is a nice size for two people, well equipped, there is a market across the street and we were surprised at how close it was to the sea/promenade and to the city of the City. One night, we took an Uber to a restaurant in the Old City, but took a walk back because it was closer than we thought. I would certainly stay here if visiting Nice once again.

A lovely holiday in Nice

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Nice. It was well located- easy to walk to everything. Malin was a great hostess, - meeting us at the tram stop and welcoming us to the apartment with instructions how everything worked and a bottle of wine. We very much enjoyed picking up breakfast supplies across the street and eating on the rooftop patio, a great pleasure in February.

Best VRBO stay ever!

The apartment was in a great area, close to the train station and many restaurants! It has a huge terrace which we had alfresco dining on many times! Malin, the property manager, was fantastic! She was always a phone call away if we needed anything, which we never did! The apartment is also very secure and since we ate in a lot, the Nice Rossini Grocery store across the street came in very handy! We stayed at the apartment for three weeks and could have stayed another three weeks! Thank you Malin for making our trip to Nice a memorable one!

Delightful & Charming Retreat

Loved staying in this lovely & spacious apartment! The balcony area is soothing to the soul! I loved having my morning coffee sitting here & welcoming a new day in Nice. Nice... Touring Provence

From meeting Malin on our arrival and having her introduce us to the apartment and helped us with our luggage. We are most impressed with Malin, the apartment, and the location. You could not ask for a better stocked home. We could walk to everything of interest without a problem. We fell in love with Le Tchitchou a nearby restaurant, the owner, chef and waiter were a joy. I loved this apartment! Even better than the pictures. The bed is very comfy, the balcony an absolute delight for morning coffee or evening glass of vine. So much natural light with charming decor. Great neighborhood, close proximity to good restaurants, grocery, bakery. Malin so helpful & available for restaurant suggestions, directions, advice for getting around. Thank you ,Malin,for taking care of us. This is an amazing apartment.Everthing is ready to live. I was able to experience a daily life in NICE. The train station is close. The tram station in close. Intermarche is in front of the apartment. There are two bakeries just around the corner. We can walk to Massena area in 12 to 15 minutes on foot. One more important thing is that there is a bath tub in the room so we take a bath .We are from Japan. I recommend you this apartment.

a perfect visit to Nice

The property was exactly as advertised. Bright, clean, in a (for me) excellent location, easy walk to the sea, local food merchants, and many tourist attractions. Also close to three bus routes. ABOVE ALL, I cannot speak highly enough about the manager Malin. She came over every time I needed a small problem to be fixed (a shutter that didn't close, a light bulb replaced) and stayed on to greet me when my train arrived late. She helped me with larger problems as well. No one could ask for a better person to help out in a foreign city. THNAK YOU, MALIN.
