It is ideally located as it is next to the Massena Square, with all amenities nearby and the tram stop close by. The beach is 250 metres away and the Old Town of Nice is 350 metres away.

Living room - dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a 180cm bed and the other with 2 single 90cm beds that can be joined together to make a large bed, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and a separate toilet with a hand basin. The balcony in the living room will allow you to admire the Massena Square.



Paid parking at Corvesy, 50m from the apartment if you come by car.
