Most amazing views and perfect location

Wonderful greeting and a beautiful welcome champagne! Our host provided us with so many basic necessities! Many grocery and bakeries within a short walking distance. Breath taking views . Loved our little town’s restaurants, sea walking paths, proximity to so many other wonderful towns, loved the bus transportation!

A beautiful apartment

We had a great week, the apartment is beautiful, has a fabulous view and is reasonably convenient for town. The owner has thought of everything, even supplied anti mosquito spray!

Special place in Villefranche-sur-Mer

We can't wait to return! It was such lovely villa located in the perfect spot in Villefranche-sur-Mer for our family of four. We stayed on the first level of Villa la Nonette. (there are three levels) Bedroom 1:Queen Bed was the most spacious, but did not have a ensuite bath. Bedroom 2: Queen bed that was quite low to the ground and was a much smaller room, did have an ensuite bath. Bedroom 3: Two twin beds Bath 2 was across hall from Bedroom 3 and was There is also a powder room by the pool and a shower (open) so you have facilities the you are lounging and soaking up the beautiful sunshine. The pool is shared, although when we were there we were the only ones using it so it seemed private to us! The bedrooms are decorated beautifully and have AC. (at first we had a bit of difficulty getting them to work, but the property manager, Sophie came to get them working for us! She was so helpful during our stay and even left us freshly baked pastries on our balcony our first morning to enjoy while taking in the beautiful view of the sea! She recommended several resturants and was always available if we had any questions. We were also able to meet the owner, Henda who was just as lovely. There is a designated parking spot for one car. The villa is walking distance to all the restaurants and even a short walk a small beach if you don't want to walk all the way to the main beach, Plage des Marinieries. I highly recommend this great holiday home!

Beautiful clean 2 bedroom apartment, with tons of space and an amazing view! Great clean outdoor pool. The pool is not heated, but refreshing on hot days. We used it every day in the sun. The location is great too. We will definitely stay here again.

Great views of the bay and the super yachts, the pool and terrace are a lovely place to spend time. Can walk into town to the shops with ease. The owners were helpful and great to meet. Communication was very easy.

4 of us had a most wonderful stay 19-26 Sept 2025 - everything was top notch - vis a vis how the accommodation was presented, cleanliness, sea view (with occasional cruise ships so close at hand you can hear the pleasant on-board music), pool and outside parking; the slightest of problems were addressed in short order via Henda, Andreas and Sophie who were super hosts. Fantastic!

We had a fantastic one-week stay at the property. The place is clean and well-appointed. You can walk to town, the beach, groceries, and restaurants. Public transportation is nearby, but we relied on Uber, which was convenient. The pool was great, and the views are amazing. The owner was very responsive and a most gracious host. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning soon. Excellent rental experience!

Fabulous holiday at this property

Everything exceeded our expectations, I highly recommend staying at this property! It’s in a quiet location but close to all amenities. The owners were so kind and helpful, they were staying on the floor above and were very discreet but around to answer questions whenever we needed. The property is so well appointed it was like a home away from home and the pool was wonderful. The views of the bay we enjoyed whilst eating on the terrace and we loved exploring the area. It’s a short walk to excellent restaurants and the beach. Henda greeted us on arrival with a bottle of champagne and when we left she suggested they drive us to the airport which was so unexpected and generous. At the time of our stay we were the only occupants of the property apart from the owners so having so much privacy was very special, we can’t wait to come again! Thank you Henda and Andreas for a magical holiday

Great location with amazing views

Beautiful, well equipped and the apartment was very comfortable for our family. Henda made everything very simple for our stay and we would love to book again when we come back to Villefranche. The location of the house is ideal.

Spent a glorious week at Henda’s property in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Enjoyed the beautiful space, the terrace and the fully equipped kitchen. Henda was a great host and I cannot wait to return. Enjoyed one of the best vacation weeks ever.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment is beautiful with an amazing view to the Villefranche bay. Clean and very well equipped. The pool is perfect specially if you bring kids. Had a winderful October holiday here.

Wonderful apartment with an amazing view

Villa Nonete is an amazing place to enjoy a holiday in Villefranche sur Mer. The apartment is very nice and spacious with a large balcony and an amazing view of the sea and Villefranche. The location is perfect with the beach, restaurants, bakery and grocery store within walking distance. We enjoyed our holiday very much and will most definitely come back.

A fabulously presented property in an amazing location...we’ve booked again for next year!

Henda and her family couldn’t have been more helpful both before our holiday, on the evening we arrived and during or stay. The property provides the most amazing views of the bay and is decorated to an exceptional standard. The pool area is fabulous, we only wish we’d had the weather to enjoy it more. Villefranche itself is a delightful town and located ideally to visit Nice and Monaco too. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning next year with the addition of lots of sunshine!

Perfekt House and location for family vacation

We enjoyed a week (w26) in this wonderful spacious apartment. Walking distance to everything and a beautiful view over the bay. Everything we needed and more was in the house. Very clean and cozy. Wi-Fi working perfectly. The pool was very nice. Very pleasant host. I recommend this to everyone. We will be back!

Such an amazing time at this villa. Location is perfect and the views are spectacular. The owner is incredibly helpful. Only issue was no AC but owner said she will install it. Didn’t detract too much from an otherwise idylllic vacation. I would return.

Spectacular terrace and pool

We spent most of our time on the terrace and by or in the pool and it was wonderful. The apartment was very nice and well equipt. Beds were comfortable and baths were very functional. Location is good. A short and easy walk into old town. Coming back 'home' wasn't bad either. The view over the La Darse Marina was very nice. Take note there are 3 villas in this building and all share the 'private' pool. I don't think the top floor is rentable. We were on the lower floor which was fine. We did get to see the view from the middle floor and it was even better.The appt was not yet clean when we arrived but the manager allowed us to stor our bags and change and we went to the terrace and pool to stay out of the way of the cleaners. All worked well. She also allowed us to stare our bags on departure day and pick them up once our other villa allowed us to check in. Thank you!

Delightful vacation

We had such a wonderful experience at Villa Nonete! The views were magnificent and the property is spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family of 4 and the AC is a huge plus as it was 90+ degrees each day. Mattresses are not super soft but that’s normal for Europe. I will note the water pressure was amazing!! The location cannot be beat, quiet and centrally located to the bus stop, town and beaches. We swam in the beautiful pool everyday! Merci Henda and Sophie for the direct communication. We would definitely return!
