Old Nice at 400m, completely pedestrianized, Historical jewel with narrow streets. You can walk there with the family. Stops in the Bars, Pubs, Restaurants, Ice Cream Shops, the many small shaded squares. You just have to cross the old town to discover the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais.

The small beaches of the reserve and cocobeach are located 10 minutes walk away. Wonderful coves with turquoise water.

Located close to the apartment, shops. The tramway is a 5-minute walk away to reach the main SNCF train station and the 2 terminals of the airport. Many buses also leave from the Port to other cities, such as Villefranche sur Mer, Monaco, Cannes...
