ADRIANA is a very beautiful renovated with one bedroom apartment. It has an ideal location in the Carré D'Or of Nice in the city center, 1 minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the famous pedestrian zone.
The apartment has a modern decoration. Furniture made of natural materials such as wood and rattan mingle with industrial black metal. The golden elements in the decorative objects bring a note of brightness and prestige.
You will be seduced by the elegant ambience of the apartment. Modern facilities and quality furniture will delight you for a comfortable stay. The windows are double-glazed.
The apartment has access by elevator. It has a free Wi-Fi connection and is fuly air-conditionned.
Located rue de France, you will be in the Carré D'Or of Nice. You will find nearby all the necessary shops with mini markets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies ... In addition, you will be just 1 minute walk from the pedestrian zone and the sea and a few minutes from Jean Médecin and its shops. Your central location will allow you to easily reach Old Nice and its Niçois specialties, its bars and its flower market.
A few meters from the apartment, you will find bus stations and bike stations , allowing you to move easily throughout Nice.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Big Let Down
For 5 Days: 2 hand towels, two small bath towels, one shower mat. Extra towels cost seven euros. No soap for shower, no shampoo, no conditioner, one little 2 in.² hand soap for sink.
Sofa is nothing but hard springs when you sit on it. So beware. It’s not made to sit on, only to look at.
Kitchen. - no salt or pepper, no paper towels, no coffee, no sugar, only two little hand towels.
Don’t open the windows to the street and definitely don’t touch the wooden shutters because they might fall off. And just know your departure comes with a list of cleaning items that you must do before you leave. I’ve stayed at many VBRO’s, and all of them super nice and loaded with amenities but this one? Let’s just say if this apartment was their premium collection, I would hate to see what their basic or classic collection is like.
In the end, this is all on me, I own it. I picked it out and it definitely was not a wise choice.
Oh, I noticed a little guestbook left on the table for comments had several pages torn out. One can only wonder why.

Perfect stay!
A great stay at this property in Nice! It was so close to the beach which was super convenient, and only a 20-ish minute walk to Old Nice. Lots of food and shops conveniently located right outside the doorstep. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay!
