N&J - COZY CLOUD - Hyper center - Close sea
- Welcome to COZY CLOUD, a pretty top-floor apartment with air-conditioning in the living room. Ideally located in Nice's pedestrian zone and just 3 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
You'll find an air-conditioned living room with a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen. A beautiful bedroom gives access to the shower room with toilet.
The apartment is on the 4th and top floor. It is accessible by elevator.
Please note that the elevator is a half-level elevator. You need to go up half a floor to access it and another half a floor to access the apartment.
INFORMATION: We would like to inform you that renovation work on a neighbouring flat will take place between June and September 2025. This may cause noise pollution, which we cannot anticipate as the work progresses. As a result, the price of the flat has been adjusted for the summer season to compensate for any possible nuisance.

A/C not working
A/C not working. It was 35-40 degrees C under the roof, and impossible to sleep at night. Nestor& Jeeves did not provide support to find a solution(e.g. new apartment) or a compensation, even after 3 direct conversations face2face. They did not care about us as guests, only provided bad excuses, it seems.

Bien localisé, calme et fonctionnel
Une localisation exceptionnelle pour cet appartement agencé de façon très efficace, bien décoré et doté d'électros de qualité. Wifi performant. Très calme.
Un bémol : l'immeuble est vétuste, les espaces communs auraient besoin d'amour...

Great Stay!
Location was great, unit was clean, and furniture was tasteful. Air condition worked well in the living room.
