LE ROYAL LUXEMBOURG is a beautiful apartment with air-conditioned and a pleasant terrace overlooking the prestigious Promenade des Anglais.
This spacious 3-room apartment welcomes you in a modern and pleasant atmosphere.
You'll find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for storing your bottles in the wine cellar, a dining area, and a living room opening onto the terrace with sea views. Two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, open onto a terrace overlooking the courtyard. There's also a laundry room and separate toilet.

Ideally located in the heart of the prestigious Carré d'Or, in the emblematic "ROYAL LUXEMBOURG" building.
This exclusive apartment boasts a rare asset: a rooftop swimming pool offering an incomparable relaxation experience, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean.

INFORMATION: Please note that the restaurant downstairs will be undergoing renovation until June 2025. This may cause noise pollution, which we cannot anticipate as the work progresses. As a result, the price of the apartment has been adjusted to compensate for any possible nuisance.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator.

SWIMMING POOL AND CLUB HOUSE:
A Club House on the top floor of the building is available all year round. It offers a beautiful terrace with panoramic sea views.
A swimming pool is also available on the roof of the building (open from May 1 to October 15 (opening dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Opening hours: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.). It is accessible to all building residents.

Nice flat in a perfect location in Nice

Great location and well equipped. Modern updated decor, well equipped kitchen even though we didn’t need it. Easy instructions for everything on the app and that was helpful when we didn’t know the language. New large art TV’s The only disappointment were the small pillows and only 2 pillows on each bed. I would recommend king size pillows and additional pillows. Also a few more towels. Only 2 smaller bath towels per bedroom were left. I would suggest at least 4 towels per bedroom. My husband was left with a wet towel after I used a towel for my body and one for my hair. As far as everything else it was perfect. Thank you!

La qualité de l’appartement et sa propreté.La proximité de la mer et des sites culturels ( Opéra de Nice, Musées, Cinémas…). L’accès facile des moyens de transport Nous avons toutefois été fortement dérangés par des travaux de démolition et de reconstruction d’un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée . Aussi, le bruit produit par les motocyclettes devient par moments fort désagréable et constitue un élément négatif. Nous avons grandement apprécié la qualité des services offerts par l’Agence Nestor et Jeeves Une plus grande « collaboration «  pour l’identification d’appartements susceptibles de convenir à nos critères. Nous attendons le versement du montant de 500 euros que le propriétaire s’est engagé à nous verser en dédommagement pour les inconvénients subis à cause des travaux.
