PALAIS LIBERTÉ is a apartment with one bedroom located in the heart of Nice in a splendid recent building.



You will be housed in the only recent residence of the Carré d'Or designed by architect Alain Semmel to meet the needs of a quality standard.

The residence is secure, the entrance has two doors for double security. It is also quiet and well attended.



The elevator accessible apartment has central air conditioning and free WIFI. It has a balcony allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors.



Located in the Carré d'Or, you are seconds walk from the famous shopping avenue Jean-Médecin and its many shops. You are 1 minute walk from Galeries Lafayette and the main Place Massena.

You will reach the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches or the old town in just a few minutes.



PALAIS LIBERTÉ is composed as follows:



BALCONY:

The balcony fitted with synthetic grass has 1 table and 2 outdoor chairs allowing you to enjoy good breakfasts or meals. It overlooks a small pedestrian street.

You will find some potted plants.



LIVING ROOM :

The living room consists of a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, a dining table that seats 4 people.

It includes air conditioning.



KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.

There is also a washing machine, which is also a tumble dryer.



BATHROOM :

The bathroom has a bath with a shower, a towel hook and a hairdryer.

The toilets are independent.



BEDROOM :

The bedroom has a nice Queen size bed, a TV, a large closet and air conditioning.

Excellent customer service from Nestor-Jeeves. Appartement was basic but comfortable, with a good shower, quiet air conditioning, very secure building in an outstanding location.

Great location

The apartment was clean and uncluttered, which we prefer, with everything you need if you want the convenience of cooking for yourself or washing clothes. Grocery stores were close by to pick up necessities. The location was ideal. We were in walking distance of all the major points of interest, restaurants, and shopping. I’m not much of a walker and the distances were very manageable. But, we could easily catch the T1 tram or a bus anywhere. And it was quiet, out of the hubbub of the major streets. I also felt very safe walking by myself in the neighborhood and on the side streets around the apartment.

The location was, as promised, in the very center of Nice , which was important to us. Shopping area was just round the corner and only few minutes walk from the old town & beach . Apartment was also clean and had all the needed home appliances. Good value for your money when you are not looking for a luxury apartment, but practical accomodation for your vacation.

5 night stay in Palais Liberte

The location of the property was very central. However, it was a little awkward having to collect / drop the keys at Nestor & Jeeves. The property itself was very basic. There were only 2 bath & 2 hand towels for 5 days. The apartment also needs to be painted & I think more attention should be paid to cleaning in general. Noreen
