About this property

Stunning flat with sea view & garden on the Promenade

  • This tastefull apartment was completely renovated and fully redecorated in March/April 2017. The surface is 53 qm. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as a livingroom with a kitchen. The livingroom offers through its big, supersized terrassed or a marvelous view of the garden, the promenade and the ocean. The interior is stylish, individual and due to its selected colours radiates a great harmony. The kitchen is very well equipped (Oven, dishwasher, respectively (almost everything from a knife for oysters to a citrussqueezer).

    The masterbedroom has an access to a small balcony. Thanks to its norther orientation, it is cool in the summer, it is also equipped with airconditioning.

    The guest bedroom has a folding bed, which is not open, when you rent it out for two persons. So you would have one more room (storage?).

    The two bathrooms are small, but fully and high-quality equipped with each shower, a sink and a toilet (Alape, Villeroy&Boch, Grohe etc.)
    The ceilings in the livingroom and the bedrooms are 3,60 m high. The stucco-decorated are white and the walls are painted in a light grey/beige, which lends the rooms an equally elegant and cosy atmosphere. Surfaces with contrasting colours in coralle and grey create modern accents. The livingroom area is equipped with airconditioning.
    The interior combines old and new, classic and modern, art and kitsch. The result is a small individual and above all a home away from home
    The total apartment has WIFI-coverage. An internetaccess with a minimum of 200 Mbit, network sockets in every room as well as smart-TV (mostly French, but also many international channels) ensure state-of-the-art media availability.
    The small garden – with our own palm – is surrounded by a dense hedge and offers the opportunity to eat outside or simply enjoy the sun. Please note, that the Promenade des Anglais is a four-land highway, which makes the garden not quiet.

Great place to stay!

We loved everything about this! Property manager is very friendly and helpful. Owner is also great with communication. Extremely clean and well stocked. Awesome location and easy to get around. Very close to the tram station and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Location

When we arrived Anna was waiting for us, which was very nice to show us around. The location was wonderful and enjoyed. It is in the tram, which was right behind our apartment by one block. It was quiet at night, less stressful. Everything was quite convenient and comfortable.

Great Flat in New Nice

This was a great stay and the flat had a few extras we weren’t expecting. Newly renovated and fit 5 people nicely. It was one block away from the tram which made it super convenient to get to old Nice. Also, it was stocked with beach items so we didn’t have to buy anything. The property manager, Anna, was incredibly flexible and let my daughter check in for us. Our flight was delayed 24 hours and she had to check out of her dorm before we got there. We would stay here again!

Visit to Nice

My friends and I stayed at this lovely apartment for three nights. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and you can walk to everything. Anna, the property manager was fantastic and made check in super easy. As others have mentioned, it can be very noisy at night from street traffic to noise from a water pipe that runs all night, so if you are a light sleeper, you may struggle a bit, but it wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment, excellent communication

Family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters (18 & 16) and we stayed here 4 nights in July 2024. You could not ask for a better location in Nice! The sea is visible from the living room and you just cross the street to be on the beach. The flat is on the first floor and is very easy to get in and out of. It was clean and bright. 1 of the bathrooms is very small but it worked out just fine for our family. And we could not have been more impressed with our hosts. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, communicative ... everything you would want in a host. Highly recommend this listing!

Perfect place to start an adventure in south of france

The location was excellent. Swimming at the rocky beach every day. Close to groceries, cafes and all the sights. The apartment had everything you could think of, beach items. Kitchen and more. The air con was a must with the heat wave. Nothing to dissapoint

Beautiful

We had a great stay at this property. The place is across the street to the beach. You can walk everywhere. It’s a beautiful apartment and the host, Kirstin is very welcoming I read complains about the noise but you only hear regular city noises. We will stay here again.

Beautiful property!

The property is sparkling clean and furniture and amenities are all just lovely. We had everything we needed for our stay. Kersten and Anna were a pleasure to deal with and we’d highly recommend to other guests. The property is on a busy street near the airport and hospital so there’s a lot of traffic, siren and airplane noise both day and night. This is the only drawback of being near to all the sights, tastes and sounds of Nice. Thank you!

Great location & Beautiful View

You really can not beat the location of this property! However please note, it is a busy street and you will hear sirens, traffic, motors, etc. I am a light sleeper and brought ear plugs, which worked great! The pictures are accurate, very well appointed. The only improvements I would suggest is that our beds were made with the duvet covers but no duvets, which were in the drawers. So we had to make the bed with the duvet covers. Also there are no extra pillow, each bed has two, and I like to sleep with two, so I wish there were 4 pillows per bed. There is a washer machine (small) that does do a wash and dry but cooks the clothes, I could not find out how to lower the temperature for the dryer (so better off going to the laundry mat in town). I did some wash and used the line dryer I found behind the master bedroom door. We did have some miscommunication about check-in, as when you message the host, she responds very quickly but she is not the one who is going to check you in, which I missed in reservation process. Check in was late, and we had an early arrival, so an extra hassle with our bags, I would suggest showing up later, to avoid having to wait for check in. I also found a few weird items on the floor, ended up being dried up contact lens, since we do not wear contacts must have been from previous renter. Other than that the place was clean.

Great Flat/Great Location

Everything is as advertised. The views are amazing and the flat is so conveniently located. Public transportation was very nearby and easy to use. The flat was very well equipped. Overall an absolutely great experience. The ONLY con is the local management company does not communicate well. Every inquiry takes multiple attempts. The owner was wonderful to work with but the mgmt company did respond but was very slow in doing so. Overall I highly recommend this flat.
