Located in the most beautiful part of the Côte d'Azur and far from the usual tourist hotspots Monaco, Nice, Cannes and St.Tropez, you´ll find this bright little penthouse with its large panoramic terrace in the center of Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Beaulieu is a quiet village and benefits from the impressive backdrop between the Mediterranean Sea and the Alps, which rise in the background. The Dolce Vita of the French Riviera is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea, about in the middle between Nice and Monte Carlo and at the foot of the Cap Ferrat peninsula. The furnished small apartment for 2 persons is located on the 6th floor of a modern building with a courtyard and a janitor. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers are available for you on the 90 sqm terrace with an incredible sea view. The studio apartment is furnished in a modern style. There is an entrance hall, a spacous living/bedroom, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is furnished in the style of the 80s, but has all modern standards. Thanks to the equipment with a WLAN high-speed internet access and TV, good entertainment is provided. From the loft-like studio as well as from the kitchen, there are large windows with access to the terrace (sea view from Cap d'Ail over Eze-sur-Mer to Cap Ferrat as well as a beautiful mountain view). This accommodation offers access to a free private parking in the house and accessible by elevator. The train station, the marketplace, the supermarket, many stores, cafes and restaurants are located less than 200 meters from the accommodation. With the train you can reach Monaco or Nice in less than 10 minutes. The marina, the beach as well as the fancy casino are located less than 400 meters from the apartment. The countryside with its olive groves and lavender fields has many beautiful medieval towns. There is a huge cultural offer (festivals, theaters, concerts, museums, exhibitions). Finally, there are the so-called "Villages Perchés" where time seems to have simply passed by (Eze-Village, St-Agnes, Roquebrune-Village, Vence, St. Paul-de-Vence, Gourdon, and many more). This centrally located apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the Côte d´Azur and its surroundings or just to stay and enjoy lovely Beaulieu-sur-Mer. It offers everything 2 persons need for a relaxed and successful vacation.

We had a great time in Benoit's lovely studio penthouse. The location is perfect, with Cap Ferrat just a stroll away. The apartment is comfortably equipped and very quiet. And the view is absolutely spectacular, from the stars at night to the sunrise in the morning. We loved it!
We had a lovely week in the penthouse! The complex itself is very nice and well maintained. The apartment was spotless and has everything you need with great views in all directions. It is in a great location close to supermarket, cafes and of course the essential boulangerie!! Benoit was a superb host and ensured we were well looked after from the minute we touched down in Nice. One thing to be aware of is some construction either side of the building. If you are planning on soaking up the sun on the terrace all day then it may cause some disruption. However, with the train on your doorstep I recommend exploring the coast during the day anyway! Thanks for a great stay Benoit
We stayed for four weeks on vacation. The apartment is a fun time capsule of 70s design, all very well maintained, with everything you need for a fun stay (although if you are staying longer laundry facilities would be handy). Amazing deck with views on three sides, so perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Short, easy walk to the train, to great cafes, to the grocery, to the farmers market, to the beach, all the amenities of this lovely, upscale French village. Landlord was very helpful and responsive.
This is a lovely apartment for two with a fantastic view of the sea and an absolutely delightful (very large) terrace. You can easily walk to the supermarket (only 2 blocks), boulangerie (around the corner), restaurants, and shops in the area. It is also easy to walk to the train (next to the supermarket) that goes all the way from Italy to Cannes. PLUS you have a secure dedicated private underground parking spot. There are many windows and doors to take advantage of the sea-breezes, but it also has air conditioning in the living/bed area which is wonderful should you need it! The bed is comfortable and the apartment is very clean. Beaulieu is a beautiful town and its a wonderful place to stay if you would like to explore the Côte-d’Azur. Benoït is very responsive and extremely helpful. He is a fabulous host. We greatly enjoyed our stay here!
This penthouse rental is precisely what we needed for our stay ! Location is situated close to all the popular neighboring cities on the French Rivieria which makes it easy to travel to and from. The host of rental Benoit, was very welcoming and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about penthouse and area in when we arrived . Did I mention it comes with parking spot ? If you plan on renting a car , you have access to parking in the garage which a huge plus. The penthouse very clean, spacious, cozy and has a really nice view of the area. Highly recommend !
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse in August 2025 and would not hesitate to return.Right from the start, the correspondence was professional, and the meeting to enter the apartment on time.Benoit was happy and enthusiastic to introduce us to the daily running of the apartment and advised he was immediately contactable if required during our stay.The views are just idyllic, and so vast across the bay full of yachts. The Terrace is huge with comfortable garden loungers, chairs and tables and just as beautiful views of the villas up the mountainside. Totally peaceful.The interior, fantastic, great air conditioning, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen with choice of coffee makers, great bathroom with good mirror & storage.
To feel divine on the Côte d'Azur in a private penthouse with sea view
If you’re looking for a place that feels like your personal, small private Côte dAzur penthouse, this is it!The apartment is really like a luxury hotel suite with a separate kitchen and most important ...the large and comfortable terrace with all the garden furniture for relaxing, and enjoying your meals outside. The views are simply gorgeous. My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and this is the second time we have stayed in “Mila”. It is wonderful to be so close to everything by foot - train station, main square, super market full of surprisingly affordable delicacies, coffeeshops, restaurants, and apéro bars. We went almost every morning very early for a swim in the sea. At that time you have the beach just for yourself. If comfort is what you’re after, there are several cozy and affordable private beach clubs near the penthouse, all offering excellent food and service.By train, the apartment is just 10 minutes away from Monaco or Nice, 30 minutes to the centre of Cannes. May I end by saying, if you do decide to stay at “Mila”, do go to the boulangerie … just around the corner. Far and away the best bread and pastries I've had in France. Then bring them home and enjoy them on the terrace, listening to the birds and watching the mountains and the sea. Last but not least, our compliments to the host, he is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We had a lovely time again and we hope to be back in a near future.
Aussicht war mir das wichtigste...War einfach super TOLL
-Ich wollte entspannen, wir haben Tagesausflüge nach Grass und NIZZA gemacht.
-Wir waren mehrmals im Ort Essen
-Wir hatten den Bäcker 40 Meter von der Tiefgarageneinfahrt.
-Einkauf war 150 Meter zu Fuß und da gibt es alles
-Nachmittags nochmals 3 Stunden am Küchenbalkon Sonnen
-Abends am kleinen Balkon im Windstillen noch ein Glas Wein genießen
-Deutsche Fernsehsendungen waren leider wenig, Ich hatte Sky Go über Wlan
-So waren unsere Tage im Flug vorbei
-War alles zur Zufriedenheit..

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter, sehr schöne große Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Bucht. Sehr leise Klimaanlage, gute Matratze, voll ausgestattete Küche, ideale kurze Einkaufswege, guter Garagenplatz.
Très central, tout est à moins de 15mn a pieds.
C'est en même temps très calme.
La terrasse avec vue imprenable et la place de parking sont vraiment un plus.

Das Penthouse ist alles in allem luxuriös für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu zweit. Die dreiseitige Dachterrasse - für direkte Nachbarn nicht einsehbar - bietet in jeder Lage Rundumblick aufs Meer, auf Beaulieu und den Berghang. Auf der Terrasse ist nicht nur die Aufenthaltsqualität erstklassig, sondern ebenso reichlich Platz, um Freunde zu empfangen. Die Wohnung ist größtenteils modern und ansprechend ausgestattet, die solide Küche und das geräumige Bad lassen funktional kaum Wünsche offen. Der Schlafbereich bietet sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, und selbst bei offenen Terrassentüren ist es ruhig und höchstens in der Entfernung einmal ein Motorroller hörbar. Die Klimaanlage bietet auf Wunsch angenehme Abkühlung.
Der Gastgeber war mit uns in sehr positivem Austausch, und wenn es Fragen oder Wünsche gab, klappte alles schnell und sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Auch wertvolle, konkrete Empfehlungen (Gastronomie, Strände etc.) und Hilfestellung wurde uns geboten.
Die Lage ist perfekt, egal ob man sich in Beaulieu auskennt oder noch nicht.
Der praktische Tiefgaragenplatz macht das Angebot vollkommen.
Ich empfehle die Unterkunft und den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiter. Beaulieu selbstverständlich ebenso.
