Great hotel location w/kitchenette & tiny shower

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great. The single bed was not comfortable for a stomach or side sleeper. The showers where SO small that it was hard to shower. The rooms are modern, small, clean and the fridge, stove and sink are amazing! Despite the tiny shower, I would totally recommend this hotel!

Great location. Very easy when arriving by train and close to tram lines. Walkable to all the lovely bits of Nice. Easy checkin, nice desk staff. Bonus was it had a kitchette so I could make tea and breakfast. I was on the top floor. Aircon worked well. Strangely my room wasn't really cleaned the whole 5 nights I was there. They knocked on the door and offered me clean towels etc once but otherwise it never got done. Thankfully it was fairly clean to start with so not a huge problem. The sofa bed was comfortable, but there didn't really seem to be any way to put it up during the day. Having said that, a quiet hotel in a great location.

Tyytyväinen matkailija.

Yövyimme kolme yötä. Sijainti oli meidän tarpeillemme hyvä, noin 1km rantaan ja pääkatu kulman takana. Juna-asema myös lähellä. Asiakaspalvelijat olivat ystävällisiä toiset puhuivat selkeämpää englantia kuin toiset. Huone oli pieni mutta kahdelle naiselle passeli! Ilmastointi toimi hyvin! Huone oli myös siisti kaikinpuolin ja keittiönurkkaus plussaa. Käytävän äänet kuuluivat melkoselkeästi huoneeseen mutta se ei ollu kuitenkaan häiritsevää ja muutenkin meno hotellissa oli rauhallinen. Saimme oveen ovikoodin jolla pääsi sisään vaikka ympärivuorokauden.

Huone pieni, mutta sopivan kokoinen yksinmatkustavalle. Sijaitsee rauhallisella kadulla, vilkkaan kadun vieressä. Sijainti hyvä, mutta matka rannalle alkoi tuntua pitkältä. Melu ja jopa toisten huoneiden herätyskellot kuuluivat huoneeseen. Asiakaspalvelu ystävällistä.

Zimmer abgewohnt und sehr klein

Wir haben im August 2018 zu Zweit ein „Studio (Double)“ für eine Nacht bewohnt und waren froh abzureisen: Das Zimmer war maximal 10 qm klein, so dass wir unseren Koffer gerade so am Boden öffnen konnten. Der Zustand des Zimmers war erbärmlich und für 78€ maßlos überteuert (siehe Fotos)! Positiv war das sehr freundliche Personal an der Rezeption.

Godt og billigt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed

Dette hotel er et godt og billigt alternativ til de forholdsvis dyre hoteller i Nice. Det ligger perfekt ved hovedgaden, tæt på det hele. Der er fred og ro. Værelset var lille og ikke noget særligt, men hvis man bare har brug for en seng at sove i, er det perfekt og billigere end de fleste andre hoteller. Dejligt med et lille køkken, hvor man kan lave morgenmad. Venligt personale i receptionen.

Hotel minimale ma ottimale per brevi soggiorni

Da anni scegliamo questo hotel per i nostri brevi soggiorni a Nizza. Le stanze sono molto piccole ma confortevoli. L'hotel si trova in centro e permette di raggiungere Piazza Massenà in una 10 di minuti a piedi o la spiaggia in 20 minuti L'assistenza dei ragazzi alla reception sempre all'altezza.

スタッフがパーフェクト！

スタッフがとにかく気さくで楽しい方たちばかり！周辺情報を丁寧に教えてくれました。口癖が、パーフェクト！、の方がいらしたのですが、本当にパーフェクトなおもてなしでした。 観光のための立地もよく、部屋にはキッチンがついていました。シャワーカーテンがお魚でかわいかったし不潔じゃありませんでした。 おへやは狭いですが、可愛らしいですよ～ おすすめです！

Das Hotel ist für alle außer vielleicht für ältere Menschen und Familien empfehlenswert. Die Türen schließen etwas lauter, also wenn man empfindlich ist, lieber Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Ich würde es wieder wählen.

Central mini apartment

Very pleased with this little find. Very friendly and helpful staff - who contacted me before I arrived to check on the time of arrival as they don't have 24hr reception. The staff let me check in early when I arrived as the room was ready. Room was small but ideal for travelling on your own for a short stay, was very clean, had all the basics in the small kitchen area and a pop up table and chair. The space was very cleverly used - a lot of shelving and enough hanging space to put your things. Bathroom shower was very good. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Location was really good - just off the main shopping street & near the main shopping mall- about 10-15 min walk from train station and 10-15 min walk from the beach. I would definitely stay there again

Séjour magnifique entre Nice et les villes environnantes avec ma fille. L'hôtel, petit comme son nom l'indique, déçue par la douche (petite) et pas totalement pratique pour les fortes corpulences. Sinon très très bien situé, le coin cuisine super. Rapport qualité/prix ça va 567.4 pour 7 nuits (1 chambre lit 2pers).

Ce n'est pas un hôtel - FUYEZ!

Notre grande surprise le bâtiment mitoyen a été incendié. Nous avons sonnés à la sonnerie et téléphoner pour que le veilleur de nuit nous ouvre - une attente de 15 minutes avant que le jeune homme (en chaussettes, short et même pas coiffé) nous ouvre la porte de l'immeuble. Le hall d'entrée est vétuste, deux (2) cafards morts sur le tapis (très défraîchi) de l'entrée. La réception de l'employé était impertinente, il nous donne la clé de la chambre ou nous montons par l'escalier (marches cassées). Le couloir est tellement étroit que le client doit marcher devant ou derrière sa valise. Détail de la minuscule chambre : Notre chambre partage le mur mitoyen du bâtiment incendié. Le bloc porte pas insonorisé, le coin nuit avec un clic-clac vétusté (concave), même pas la place pour passer autour du lit, coté sdb minuscule, on entend la descente des eaux usés des autres étages, coté penderie nul, en résumé les photos dans votre site sont totalement mensongères et prise surement avec un grand angle. Inimaginable de passer 1 semaine dans 10 m2 (10m2 pour le lit, sdb, coin kitchenette et entrée). C'est la pire prestation que j'ai jamais vu, confirmée aussi par beaucoup d'autres visiteur qui ont laisser leur avis dans TRIPADVISOR, etc. Se faire voler presque 600 euros deux mois d'avance (5 mai 2016 jour de la réservation effectué à travers vos services) est inacceptable.
