Apartment was very clean & spacious, well decorated too. Perfect for a family of four with easy walking access to beach and tram directly behind the building. Full kitchen if you want to explore local grocers and eat in or on the balcony. It was a perfectly located for our last few days in France. Would highly recommend to visitors if it’s their first time in Nice! 🇫🇷 🤗

What a wonderful location and host. Would recommend this flat to anyone. Sitting relaxing looking at the sea was a perfect way to start and end the day. Transportation was right at the door so easy access to coastal towns. Can’t say enough about the host. When we needed help she was there for us. Myra and Susan

Everything about my stay was excellent. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the Promenade des Anglais. While the location was about an hour’s walk from the old city, the separation from town made the apartment a great retreat from the summer crowds and a perfect excuse for a stroll along the sea. In terms of the facilities, the kitchen was well-stocked, the beds comfortable, the TV great for watching the World Cup, and the living room sofa a dream to lie on and read a book. The air conditioning worked extremely well, and the outdoor deck was just the right size for two people. Delia made arrival and check out incredibly easy, and she answered my questions quickly. Thank you for a great experience!

The unit was large. It had a beautiful view of the sea across the street. The unit could use an update. It served our purposes. Our only real complaint was the towels were terrible.

Haus sieht zwar von außen nicht so toll aus, aber die Wohnung ist von innen top. Neue Möbel und alles vorhanden was mann braucht. Aussicht von der Wohnung ist natürlich Top, direkt an der Promenade. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Haustür. Delia die Vermieterin, antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir hatten paar Probleme und es wurde uns immer gleich geholfen.

Great apartment, location, and host

The apartment was very clean and just like in the pictures! It was very conveniently located, the tram was very accessible and the beach views were great, the host was very communicative and responsive, we enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in the French Riviera and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!The accommodation was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location for exploring everything the French Riviera has to offer. It truly felt like a home away from home.What made our stay especially memorable was our host, Delia. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. After a long journey, she graciously allowed us to check in nearly five hours early, which saved us from having to carry our luggage around all day and gave us the opportunity to settle in and start enjoying our vacation right away. That level of hospitality was greatly appreciated and set the tone for an amazing stay.Delia went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay in the French Riviera with an exceptional host, look no further. We would happily stay here again on our next trip!

Great stay for weekend

This was a great property for the weekend and a family of 4. Great location with view of the beach and access to the tram. Delia was a great host and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Great location and amenities.

The shutters helped with the outside noise. The train and little shop are right around the corner and the views are stunning.

Wonderful view

We had a wonderful stay, great location, easy street parking or public transportation - tram is behind the building and bus is in front of the building. Walk across the street to reach the sea.

Great spot to enjoy the promenade

This was a great spot to enjoy the beaches in Nice. Close to the water and to the train. Not a long walk into Old Nice either. While it's on the main road by the beach, it is actually quiet inside the apartment. Other than the very small elevator, and this unit being on the 3rd floor, the stay was quite lovely! I would recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Slice of paradise!

This propery is exactly as described and shown. It is in an excellent location close to airport, trams and bus stops! The place is well stocked for cooking your own meals, enjoying the balcony or relaxing inside with the cool Air Conditioning as you do laundry ir play games. It is a great size and is kept so clean! Delia is fantastic, responsive, informative, and super friendly! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Balcony

The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. The beach is a very short distance away and there were two beach chairs that were available to use and were very easy to carry. The tram is right behind the apartment so it is easy to travel and get to the airport. We asked to stay another night at the last minute and since it was available Delia made it easy to do so as she was amazing the entire visit. I would stay here again.

Wonderful apartment - great access

The apartment is as clean bright and and spacious as it looks in the posting. The bathroom and floors are all marble, the beds are large and comfy, the balcony is exactly what we expected -- great for sitting and overlooking the waterfront. The location is at one end of Nice -- not a whole lot of restaurant amenities nearby, but a 1-minute walk to the tram station for instant access to the rest of the area. Our host was great and responsive -- went the extra mile for us. We would definitely stay again.
