Like a love nest, you’ll enjoy the peace and coolness of this studio, which has been superbly renovated with taste and quality.<br><br>And we’d like to point out that peace and quiet in Old Nice is a rare find worth seeking out!<br><br>Open the large skylight in the living room, sit back for five minutes—or just long enough for an aperitif—and take in the view of the Château hill!<br><br>You’ll be right in the heart of Old Nice, with the sea just a stone’s throw away, the Quai des États-Unis, the flower market, and the Promenade des Anglais—in short, you’re at the center of Nice life (beaches, museums, theaters, and more).<br><br>If you’re in the mood for shopping, the department stores are within walking distance.<br><br>For lunch or dinner, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and bars nearby in the neighborhood. Thanks to its location, you can explore Nice on foot without needing public transportation. (Consider using the Vélos Bleus bike-sharing service for getting around)<br><br>You can reach Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, and Monaco by public transportation along the seaside.
