We stayed at Vila le Nid by Gîtes de France for three nights and it exceeded our expectations. It is located in the heart of Nice, public transportation is a short walk from the Vila. The Apartment was very clean, tidy and quiet. All amenities considered necessary were available and a lot of extra! Jean-Luc the owner was very helpful and made us feel like his personal guests! We will definitely return and can recommend the Vila to anyone! Excellent value for money!

Had a great stay - the owner took a pride in ensuring everything was okay and provided information on the area. Very welcoming. Apartment was a good size. There are daily markets at the local tram stop as well as supermarkets in the area. Quiet location, about 20mins walk into the old town along the main shopping road. Would recommend

Jean-Luc var en fantastisk vert. Var alltid tilgjengelig på telefonen. Leiligheten var nyoppusset og meget ren. Hadde alle fasiliteter du måtte trenge. T banestasjonen var tre-fire minutters gange fra leiligheten. Det går trikk ca hvert tiende min ned til gamlebyen ( tar ca ti min med trikk ) Hver morgen er det marked like i nærheten som selger frukt og grønnsaker pluss litt til. Det var også plenty av restauranter,cafeer og butikker i området.

Apartment felt like home. It was very tidy, quiet and superbly equipped (ranging from Espresso maker, microwave to a welcome wine in the fridge). Jean-Luc was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with plenty of useful information and tips about Nice and surrounding towns. He was around often enough in case anything was needed. Villa le Nid will be our first choice when we go to Nice next time.
