Great value for money, charming stay.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. It is great value for money: it is out of old town but easy 20 min walk to Place Massena and walkable to Cimiez for Chagall/Matisse and close to train station for day trips. Area is very quiet and safe, and right next to tram so very easy if you want to use that (and great for airport). Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are basic (no fridge, kettle, drinks; no hand wash or shower gel but bar of soap provided and sachet of shower/hair gel every day), but comfortable: air con was very low but this is probably because it wasn’t super hot (May) and it wasn’t very necessary. You can open window but you will hear the trams. Generally the hotel was quiet too, you do hear people coming and going and a bit of shuffling about but not a big deal: however my last two nights, I had a ridiculously heavy footed person above me, when they walked (or rather stomped) around it felt like the ceiling was going to cave in. It was annoying but short-lived, I think I was unlucky but might be worth asking for a top floor room just in case. Small gripe, curtains are thin so bring a sleep mask if that bothers you. Happy with the stay and host was friendly too.

The owner is such a warm-hearted person and made the stay a 11/10. I would recommend staying there 100%. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom but since my stay wasn’t too long it wasn’t a real problem. Comfortable bed, good AC, cute little room and everything felt just so welcoming.

Very quaint and charming hotel with wonderful staff and ambiance. In a very nice quiet spot near many restaurants and cafes, and only seconds away from the streetcar that takes you to Vieux-Nice where all the tourist attractions are. I enjoyed my time here immensely and will definitely be staying again if I find myself in Nice in the future. Thank you so much to the owner for being so wonderful and hospitable!

Sophie is an amazing host. I was arriving at the hotel after the reception would be closed and I was sent clear instructions to let myself in. The location of the hotel was great, pretty central and the hotel was so clean and lovely. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

I loved staying at Villa Saint Hubert. I just wish I had more time. The tram is a minute away. The working door bell is on a gold plaque with a name over it, so it didn't look like a doorbell. Ring that one. There are stairs to climb. The young woman did carry my suitcase up for me.

소피가 친절하고 고양이와 호텔이 너무 예뻐요

정말 너무 만족하는 호텔이었어요. 호스트인 소피는 매우 친절했고, 체크인할때 주변에 맛집이나 니스정보에 대해서 설명해주었어요. 첫날 고양이를 봤는데 그 이후로는 비가와서 보지 못했어요 ㅠㅠ 떠날때까지 다시 못봐서 아쉬웠어용 룸컨디션도 좋고 청결하게 유지되어 있구요. 제가 예약한 룸이 당시에 호텔스 닷컴에서만 예약할 수 있었고, 사진이나 별다른 정보가 없어서 걱정했었거든요. 그당시 한국인 후기도 없었었구요. 근데 기대이상으로 괜찮은 방이었습니다. 혼자 묵기에 모자람이 없고, 아침에 눈떴을때 창을 열어두면 새소리를 들으면서 눈뜨실 수 있어요 ㅎㅎ 제가 여행했을때, 도착날 다음날이 하필 노동절이어서 모든 교통수단이 운행을 안해서 관광지까지 걸어가기에는 조금 멀었지만, 트램이 운행한다면 빠르게 관광지까지 갈수 있어요. 다시 니스에 간다고해도 방문할 것 같습니다. 현지 호텔을 경험해보고 싶으신분들에게도 추천하고 가성비도 감성도 너무 좋아요!

Exceptionnel

Séjour fantastique dans un endroit formidable. Le quartier est calme et l’endroit magnifique. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et le petit-déjeuner délicieux. La gérante est une dame formidable. La villa est située très proche du tram qui nous amène rapidement à la mer ou 30 minutes environ à pied (seul bémol mais on ne peut pas tout avoir). Je recommande vivement ce lieu.
