Welcome home to a modern, fully-renovated, spacious Spanish colonial bungalow. Relax in the open floor plan, with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, all new bathrooms, garage, and laundry facilities. Enjoy the large, fully fenced backyard with ample entertainment space, a fire pit, and parking for your boat/RV.
The quiet neighborhood hosts a spa, a nature trail, and best-rated restaurants and is within an easy drive of the area's beaches.

Turkey Creek Park nature trail is down the street, and multiple waterfront parks and boat ramps on the bayou are also close by.
