As always the Hampton Experience was top notch. Very noticeable regarding the staff (super friendly with all spects) and the facilty matches the Hampton image

Inside was nice, the staff were very friendly but the hotel was under construction for renovation so the building when we arrived was upsetting. Expedia didn't tell us this prior to booking and if there were other hotels available we would have changed.

Super sweet Karolina...hotel was clean and the pillows are super soft which I love. The shampoo and conditioner and lotions were good quality. Everything was just great. Breakfast Saturday was great...not so fond of the omelets on Sunday but overall just a great stay. The front desk girls were so very kind.

This was a last minute decision that my husband and I found late at night. We were traveling with a baby and cleanliness and comfort were really important. Checking in late at night went so smoothly and they were incredibly sweet. The area and the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. My baby slept through the night for the second time ever if that tells you anything about the quality of the bed. Great selection of food for breakfast and even 30 minutes before closing breakfast, everything was well stocked and fresh. Great experience.

I liked everything except the room beds. I booked 2 queen beds and the room had full beds. The hotel manager said that Expedia sent the hotel incorrect information. The manager was friendly and helpful

The hotel when we checked in had major renovations of lobby going on , we were never notified. Hotel offered for us to stay at their hotel next door called Tru. We stayed there , rooms very basic. The issue is the hotel never cleaned room , supplied towels or room supplied like toilet paper even though i reported it to the hotel the first day when room wasnt cleaned. I called hotel to report this twice to hotel manager snd they said they would call back and never received call back.

This property is updated and clean. I love that it had a fitness room and a pool. The free breakfast was very good and had several extra toppings for oatmeal and waffles. Nice surprises: 2 free water bottles when I requested them and shampoo, body wash, lotion, hand soap etc. all in easy to use pump bottles conveniently attached to the wall of the shower and the wall of the bathroom near the sink. The snacks near the front desk were reasonably priced and they had a good variety. The pool was small but clean and did the job. The beds were comfortable enough and the sheets appeared clean. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The drawers for storing clothes were made of a metal wire which seemed cleaner than a regular drawer. Overall this Hampton Inn was great.

Had a terrible stay there. There was a weird smell in the room and when we reached out to staff, no actions were taken. Pool was dirty. Breakfast tables were sticky and stinky. I wish I could have chosen another place and not waste my money here. I left the hotel one day before due to these issues even if I had paid already. Never choosing Hampton Inn again.

La piscina no funcionaba. Estuve 4 dias 3 noches solo limpiaron 1 vez. No hay una persona que supervise el personal. Está en remodelación, creo que deben avisar eso antes de hospedar. No volvería. No sé si fue rechazo por no hablar inglés. Pero el trato no fue amable.

Be Prepared to be in the middle of a Renovation!

Property is under renovation. Very little parking due to shipping containers taking up parking spaces. Front desk did not tell me where the elevators were. No signage due to reno. No lights at the end of the hall by the elevator due to reno. No room numbers in hallway approaching my room due to reno. My room was the first guest room with a number next to the reno. Construction dust all over the carpet due to the reno... Even the front desk was constructed out of ply wood due to the reno. And I'm sure the room rate wasn't discounted due to the reno. Room was fine.
