"The landlord was very helpful, responsive, and clear when resolving issues. While the cleaning team acted quickly to rectify initial problems, the property wasn't in ideal shape upon check-in—there was a strong food odor, table runners very shabby, buildup in the shower, rusted fixtures, and broken plastic items. The swift follow-up was appreciated, but the initial clean and bathroom maintenance could certainly be improved."

"I last stayed at Caro at the beginning of June 2026. This is a large hotel, with multiple buildings. There are a few restaurants on site, I'm not sure how many but definitely more than two. There is paid parking on site. Breakfast is available, you can pay for it when you book, or you can just pay when you have it. The room I had now is among the better rooms in the hotel. It's not a real suite, but it's a very large room with two visually distinct sections, one for sleeping and the other like a living room. It had a large balcony towards in interior courtyard. I stayed before in a much smaller room, in a new section built quite recently. That room itself was not bad, but getting to it was plain weird, whoever designed that new section didn't know what they're doing. There were short flights of stairs without ramps, the entrance to the room was down a couple of steps. Just be aware. Staff is OK, most are nice and courteous, but I met a couple who borderline arrogant... The location is good, on the Tei lake, in a more upscale area of the city. It's a long walk to downtown, but not impossible. All in all this is a good place to stay, just don't expect perfect."

"This is an excellent hotel in all ways. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We had a lost bag on our incoming flight and, in conjunction with the folks at the airport, they did all they could to help us. They are much appreciated for going above and beyond! Breakfast was the only meal we had at the hotel, but it was fabulous. Highly recommend!"

"Booked for a friend who had lost his phone and debit card (or they were stolen) during one of his airport layovers. The staff at Vienna House was wonderful to him and helped him navigate replacing his phone and other things he needed. They went above and beyond to be helpful."

"The Lido hotel is centrally located within walking distance to Revolutionary Square, the national history Museum, Parliament, Palace, and any other attractions. It has a restaurant that is also very good. The staff were especially helpful and friendly, especially Sari who checked me in and answered many questions that I had… she also gave me a very nice room with a balcony on the top level of the hotel for no additional charge.."
