"This flat is on two levels, not ground floor with very steep corkscrew stairs that were very difficult to get baggage up and down. Had we known or understood that we would not have booked this house. We are all healthy, active adults (4 of the party are in their 20s and fit) and found the stairs to be very extreme.The doors on the bedrooms offered little to no privacy as they had yellow glass in the main panel and you had to position yourself when changing or dressing to allow for privacy. "There was a lot of building work going on outside the hotel which was a shame, but inside the hotel was lovely. Check in was very slow as there was only 1 person checking people in, which for a large hotel with a big event going on while we were there, isn't very good. Public transport in Luxembourg is free, and there is a very convenient bus stop outside the hotel to get into the city centre."

"My husband and I stayed for one night and it was truly a great experience. We ordered slippers and a bath robe late at night and room service brought it over very fast and were kind. Also, we ordered food from the restaurant at 21:30 and they brought the food warm and it tasted great. Would recommend this place to anyone. Affordable, clean, good service and amenities. "
