"Appartement ist gut, aber Sauberkeit lies hier und da zu wünschen übrig. Schmutziges Geschirr in der Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle nicht ganz sauebr, Klobrille hätte ersetzt werden müssen. Ein- und Auschecken per Handy oder PC gut, Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett und sehr schnell. Insgesamt daher 4 von 5 Sternen. "

"Not great tbh. The room was way smaller than pictured, could almost touch three walls at the same time. The outlets were stupidly placed. You have a high bed but lets place all the lights somewhere you cant reach so you gotta use a ladder in the dark or climb up and down a lot. The nightlight didnt really work but at least that meant i could charge my phone so that was nice. The toilet or zink leaked so the bathroom floor was just wet, you only had 4 minutes of hot water but at least the water...

"Im Vorfeld gab es Unsicherheiten, weil die Bereitstellung der technischen Informationen verspätet kamen. Vor Ort hat dann alles geklappt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war einfach, dafür war es sehr ruhig. Der Föhn sollte erneuert werden und die Netzwerkverbindung des Fernsehers sollte überprüft werden."

"We liked that the room is large, clean and that there is a lot of natural light. We disliked that there is a stair leading to a second floor/room that were weren't aware about. We were concerned of the guests upstairs accessing our apartment. Owner was responsive and gave us clarity, however these conditions weren't disclosed when we rented the space. The check in process (finding the apartment by pictures) was tedious and odd as was the shower in the apartment which only had a hand shower that...

"An enjoyable stay in a spacious apartment. The apartment was comfortable even during a heatwave.Andrew was a very attentive host, suggesting excursions for our trip to Berlin.It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood outside the city centre."

"Stayed in the flat for 3 weeks, part with wife and 2 kids 9 and 4 - the flat matched the listing. Flat had everything needed all the way to an oven. Great location to Warhauerstrasse transportation hub that takes you directly into the center or the Brandenburg airport - good Italian restaurant on the corner and about 10 minute walk to the supermarkets. Also Great use of technology to get into and out of the flat."
