Disliked: Communication
I booked online and it was paid for (confirmation received). On arrival with a 2 month old baby, no one was there to attend to us. After 2 hours of waiting at the property, we finally got to call the owner and property manager, they denied my reservation even though I showed them proof. Needless to say, we had to go search for another place and paid overprice. We had to look for somewhere. Very inhumane. I am hoping to get a refund from Expedia.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Via hotels.com geboekt en betaald. Van beide bevestiging gekregen van hotels.com. Echter bij aankomst niemand aanwezig. Eigenaar blijkt in NL te zitten. Tel contact met hem via buurvrouw ter plaatse. Zegt geen zaken te doen met hotels.com. Dus geen kamer en geld weg
