"We were stuck overnight after a delay for our flight and this is the hotel we chose to stay at. It was exceptionally clean. Everyone was very friendly, and we were also given a complementary upgrade to a suite! That small gesture to upgrade us really helped us mentally reset after sitting at the airport for seven hours.
