"Our hosts were absolutely wonderful! We stayed at Gibos for four nights and the home-cooked Turkish breakfast was superb every day. We were offered excellent recommendations on hikes, dinner options (Sinasos Wine House), and they made our hot air balloon ride reservations for us with a great company (we normally don’t do those kind of activities, but it was incredible!). We felt like family friends by the time we left. Do not hesitate to stay here if you would like an authentic cave hotel...

The location was a big plus for us – a peaceful and quiet village with just the right amount of restaurants and shops, without the crowds of Goreme or Urchisar.
