My stay at Vita Cave Hotel was wonderful! What makes this place truly special is the kindness and warmth of the people. I traveled alone to Cappadocia and felt very welcomed and well taken care of. I sincerely appreciate their hospitality and the lovely way they treated me. I will always remember this experience with great affection. Thank you so much for everything! I wish you all the best and hope to return someday! ❤️

We had a lovely stay at the Vita Cave Hotel during our short stay in Capadoccia. The property is beautiful outside, and in the room. The staff was super helpful and were kind enough to allow us to check in early. We then proceeded to explore the city it is in, Ortahisar which is also beautiful and worth walking around the downtown of the city. Overall highly recommend!

Best hotel I've ever stayed. The room was way wider than I expected, and the interior was exactly what I was seeking for a cave style hotel in kapadokiya. And the fee was much more budget-friendly than the similar ones which are located in Goreme area. We also had a pleasant view of Ortahisar castle just in front of our room (which was lighten up in the night). In the morning, we had a fresh and delicious buffet style breakfast at the top of the hotel with enjoying the same view. Furthermore, when we were leaving the hotel, the staff handed me a cute tiny souvenir made of pottery. We were so happy that we could stay here, and looking forward to visit again.

We had an exceptional experience during our 3 night stay. Emre and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of at all times. They coordinated all of our tours/activities/transportation based on our last minute requests and even ensured we had snacks before/after their kitchen opened. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can just sit and relax anytime equipped with coffee/tea. The breakfast has quite a few delicious options and the ladies were friendly and accommodating. Thank-you Vita Cave Hotel for treating us more like family than guests, we will definitely recommend.

The hotel is in the much quieter town of Ortahisar. There are still plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and supermarkets a short but steep walk away. The breakfast had plenty of variety of cheese, breads, boiled eggs and salads but arrive before 9:30am. The terrace and coffee machine are available all day. Front desk staff were very friendly and hardworking. Most rooms have a terrace area with sun parasol. You can ask for your room to be cleaned every day. It offered good value for money. We would come here again for the staff and location.

Vita Cave Suites — 10/10, highly recommend Cappadocia has endless cave hotel options, and it took me months to find one that ticked all the boxes at a fair price. Zero regrets choosing Vita Cave Suites. Special thanks to the staff who ensured this birthday trip was amazing, especially Emre, who had me sorted with tour arrangements before I even landed. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. My room was spacious and spotless — mini bar, a gorgeous jacuzzi, super comfy bed, attention to detail decor and a patio area to unwind. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and breakfast is a healthy, wide spread of Turkish cuisine. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

6/10 Okay

The hotel was nice overall, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved. The location was not ideal, as we needed to take a taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. However, the tours we booked were able to pick us up directly from the hotel, which was convenient. The concierge was not always at the front desk, and at one point we found him sleeping on one of the sofas in the lobby, which we found quite unprofessional. Breakfast was good, and the patio has a beautiful view. However, if you don’t like wasps, I would recommend eating inside, as there were quite a few outside. Regarding room cleaning, this is something you need to specifically request. Otherwise, they will not enter or clean your room, which I found quite unusual for a hotel. One more thing to keep in mind is that there are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms, so I would recommend traveling with light luggage if possible. Overall, we had a nice stay, but improving the service and communication around housekeeping would definitely make the experience better.
