"Very friendly staff. Great pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. Room was spacious. Bathroom was kinda small. Great location close to shopping and dining. Breakfast was okay. Folgers Coffee (nope) and dry, stale cinnamon rolls were my only breakfast complaints, otherwise it was fine. Would appreciate breakfast going past 9am. "

"We checked into the hotel in the early evening. We were surprised when the receptionist told us that they didn't have a room available for us! What she meant was they didn't have any rooms with a King Size bed but could put us in a room with 2 double beds. We thought it was too late to look for another location so we agreed with the 2 double beds. Then when we got to the room, our TV did not have a remote in the room. They sent someone up to help us, however the remote he had was unable to control all of the functions. He came back the next morning with a remote that worked. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate a couple of times at the continental breakfast. It was not very well supplied. Only had yogurts, different kinds of bread for toast, and a waffle maker. No eggs or sausage or much of anything else. One of the 4 selections on the juice machine was not working and then it ran out of orange juice one morning. "

"I exchanged towels every other day. I didn’t use room/maid service. The bed, that bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I have a very bad back with bi lateral sciatica. I slept like a baby. It’s like the bed wrapped itself around me. Can’t say enough about it. The linen on the bed as well was perfect for me. Not heavy but warm. Room was very quiet, didn’t hear neighbors at all. I used the AC at night, down to 65°. Then cranked the heat upon awakening. Both worked exceptionally well. The hair dryer is kept in the closet in a bag. And the AC/Heat controls are behind the TV. The front desk knew precisely where to find them, as I could not. Very spacious room. I WILL most certainly stay there again. The breakfast was delicious. There was quite the variety to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed the Omelet with a ton of bacon. Coffee was tasty. But not the in-room coffee, naturally. Hospital’s are very close, Costco a 5 minute drive, Target, about as far. If you’re into Starbucks, literally across the street. The capital was an 5 minute drive as well. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants. Great vibe altogether. Every staff member I had contact with were kind, friendly and helpful. "

"I didn't expect much for the rate but this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. The property itself is in less than desirable condition. When I got into my room there was a woman's eyelash left on the floor, which led me to believe the room wasn't cleaned properly. I always keep sanitizing wipes in my pack and I immediately started wiping things down. I used several wipes and all of them had dirt/grime on them after use. Only until a wipe stayed clean did I stop cleaning. The shower was still wet, which I can assume was from them cleaning, however due to the condition of the rest of the room I did not use it. Thankfully there were no bed bugs. There's no outlets next to the bed, I used their extension cord they had for the TV. The microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and TV were plugged into the same outlet. 2 out of 3 lights in the room worked. The plugin in the bathroom worked but only if whatever was plugged in was held a certain way. Pros: friendly staff, free parking, bed/pillows were comfortable, curtains kept majority of light out from outside. "

"You literally can’t beat this hotel. It’s an amazing and unique experience. The price tag is high, but for good reason. When you’re looking for someplace special- this is the place. 5 stars for everything. "
