Magnificent house with private pool and garden, located in the picturesque and lively village of Nigüelas, one of the jewels of the beautiful Lecrin Valley. The home is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Granada, 30 minutes from the beach and 60 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

The house has a beautiful pomegranate tree at its entrance, which gives it a very special charm. From its charming terrace you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets and views of the Valley. Feel the air of nature and breathe fresh air.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and you can enjoy its warm stove, fully equipped kitchen, TV, and heating.

It is a perfect choice for a charming holiday, enjoy your dinners on the terrace looking at the stars and enjoying the silence.
